Nice to see new posters here.

One thing I like about Pi is that he does not seem to have any sense of superiority though he's very popular. There's nothing more of a turn off than a celebrity that thinks the world of himself.

Yeah that's what I mainly loveeeeeee about him xD...But if he smokes...and yeah...I don't like people that smoke xD Don't like the smell and it makes people look err....ugly in the future and most of all CANCERRR~

Saw the really early NEWs clips when they supported the volleyball tournament for the first time and it just seems that Pi was really unhappy in NEWs....

I really don't like Uchi and Kusano, esp Uchi. On the other hand, I now find Ryo more likeable...he just has a acid tongue but he has a warm heart, classic case of zui ying xin ruan I think. Also don't really like Koyoma now. Only nice guy masuda is still doing well among them. Also Tegoshi was pretty adorable when he first started out.

Definitely prefer Arashi over NEWs as a group.

When NEWs was just formed..its some VCD that's available for sale..their first VCD that got released with subs so should be a taiwanese version. Its from this VCD that I realised that he has a very serious height phobia. No high rise apartment or penhouse in the sky for him then.

He must be getting very rich with his popularity at an all-high....prob will get richer at least for the next few years.

I really do not know the answer to your question but of course i know who Pan Wei Bo is. Prob Yamapi since he started out way earlier.

I don't really think it is fair to compare Pi and Will Pan (you are referring to Wilbur Pan right?), they are both in the entertainment industry but they are targetting at very different markets. If you really want to compare, Pi is definitely way more popular in Japan than Wilbur is in Taiwan. But not too many people outside of Japan know who Pi is unless they pay attention to Japanese entertainment while Wilbur is relatively well known in various MandoPop market even though he's not that popular.

I am quite interested to know why you don't like Uchi and Koyama, out of the various NEWS members, the only one I can't stand is Kusano, I am alright with the rest though. I am not really a fan of NEWS, only watch their stuff cause of Pi, and I would certainly not mind if NEWS never get back together again, and Ryo & Uchi are returned to Kanjani8 where they belong.

Generally, I prefer nice guys like Masuda.

my personal opinion only...and off topic to Arashi, I am liking Ninomiya more nowadays as compared to previously but I still like Aiba best. and Ohno's really funny recently. I actually prefer Jun over Sho now not that I dislike Sho though.

I will still lurrrrrrrrv Yamapi even if he isn't popular.~ I don't follow fads as much cuz I reckon it's really lame to do that~ I stick to things I like for a loooooong time if I'm really interested in em. I wanted to compare because my friend, she's a Wilbur lover..and she kept teasin my yamapi saying his "You nappie" I WAS FURIOUS!!! So Imma make that evil person take it back~

I don't like Kusano cause I think he behaves like a spoiled brat, its a vibe thing as well, everytime I see him in NEWS clips, he just puts me off. Did you happen to watch the clip whereby NEWS members have to say something about each other, Kusano (his bad luck) had to say something about Ryo, I forgot what Kusano said but Ryo slapped him, not in a mean way, but those slaps you give your friends when they are full of rubbish. I was secretly rejoicing and cheering for Ryo "Yea, Kusano deserves a slap!!"

The reason I have been making those comments about NEWs was because I managed to get a copy of that NEWs Nippon at HMV recently and seeing them early on in NEWs, their interviews etc, I just start to form more impressions of them, some good and some bad....thus prompted my question if Pi was unhappy then and his temprement and also changed my impresison of Ryo. I really dislike Uchi and Kusano from there, esp Uchi, he slapped Masu and Shige! I didn't like that. He was trying too hard to stand out. My sis said I am watching old clips for goodness sake and should be forming impression from recent stuff but I feel that basic nature don't change..ok I could be too judgemental too I guess.

Though many people around me do not know him, I certainly think he has the necessary tiao jian (pre-requisites) to go international. could be now or 2 years later perhaps. He should do it now because he has never looked better and this is his time.
