Wulin folks drink hard. This is a wulin convention. With the exception of monks and nuns (and sometimes not even them), wulin people are generally heavy drinkers.
Let's say some notorious wulin drinkers...say Kiu Fung, Ling Wu Chung, Luk Siu Fung, Lee Chum Foon, etc., come into a tavern where you are the chief liquor server. They ask you to bring them some of the tavern's "best." In the tavern's storeroom is pretty much every conceivable variation of alcoholic beverage ever made in ancient China.
