I love opening/closing songs from anime shows and t.V series, they tend to be good and meaningful since you can connect. I Love most of those famous chinese songs that you hear from Pink Ladies(t.v Series)
I love jpop, like Every Little Thing. Korean songs sound a bit weird because the language sounds funny to me , but I like the tunes.

I'm listening to chinese mandarin songs now because I'm obsessed with anything chinese at the moment like tv dramas, movies and the language itself. Occasionally, i listen to Japanese songs and definitely my fav. is English songs. My current fav. singer is kelly Clarkson for English and SHE and Jimmy Lin for Mandarin.

I voted for English since I can understand it. I also like Tagalog songs because I'm a Filipino. For me, next is Korean. although, I don't understand them, I like the melody. The rest, I find them boring.

A lot of Christians wear crosses around their necks. You think when Jesus comes back he ever wants to see a ****ing cross? It's like going up to Jackie Onassis wearing a rifle pendant.

Thanks! I guess I'm probably the only one who likes thailand songs more then chinese (I don't listen to music in any other languages so I can't compare). I think I'm more into rock songs whether they be soft rock, pop rock, hard rock ect I find that Thai do more rock songs, as in band wise, I haven't heard any rock songs in Chinese. If someone has, can you pls inform me of the band cas I would like to listen.

sounds about right, but here's a little add on

Korean stuff has a different spin on pop, it might sound like American pop but it's a tiny bit different, but since alot of it are spin off from American pop and some how their reproduction mix are always better.

Taiwan i don't listen much, no idea where the hell to get them

Canto/Chinese stuff some are ok, they're also pop but again a tiny little different spin from the regular American pop, they're ok, the languge is sort of on the heavy tone vs the korean or jap, so that's why their tone in the song is a tiny bit different

Vietnamese: they copy alot of songs from China, rarely u see one from japanese or korean because the tone isn't exactly the same, so the song usually carry out wierd... occasionally u'll see some european stuff too. basically same music, just different languge. they do produce some songs, but not that much.

Jap pop is probably the closest resemblance to korean pop, same stuff but alot more upbeat.

i used to listen to classical stuff cuzz i was taking a classical music class, people say it's bad, but after a while u start to get used to it, doesn't sound that bad IMO... kindda relaxing sometimes.

Europe pop is alot a bit different from american pop, u just just hear some english artist and u'll be able to tell it right away.

I think Kpop can have good beats and all.. but it's just so far.. I don't see the "
unqiueness" in K pop like I see in some chinese/thai/taiwan/viet.

Ok, we know that asian pop these day consist of alot of generic beats, but certain chinese songs have their own ancient chinese feel to it. Viet music back then has its own way to play chords/melody. Ai yah! I don't know how to describe it.

Chinese a soft voice ... which I don't like and same go with Jap. The rhythm is alright.

English provides strong upbeat music and same with koreans.

I do prefer Chinese, since it has a softer atmosphere to listen. Also, English would be the next, unsure why people don't like English. There is alot of songs in English are still good. Currently, listening to 2pac greatest hits[out of print], love his lyrics, although he is dead, his songs still lives; it is 2006. Mostly preferable English songs are from either R&B, Hip-hop, and Rap.

Emm.. I prefer listening to korean and english song. But some of the chinese song, especially mandarin..well not bad.

Japanese song... only sometimes if it's nice like the song 'Miraii' and the theme song for Journey To The West (japanese versioN)

I hate indian song,..cannot understand the languages and it's quite funny!
