Which wuxia novel has sold the most copies?

Probably not; that's more folklore/mythology/fantasy.

Does unauthorized copies count? I know HSDS was very popular in Vietnam during the 60s and 70s.

I'm guessing LOCH since that was the first series that became very popular. If not, maybe The Deer and the Cauldron, that one seems be to very well received among the mainstream readers and not just hardcore wuxia fans.

Probably LOCH. Although most non-wuxia readers I know tend to have read "Deer and the Cauldron" and "State of Divinity".

Yes but Journey to the West teaches more about history and culture then any Wuxia novel. Especially since it was part written as a satire of life and politics in those days.
