The only way I see PJ working is

A: He actually wants to know about both of them. For instance, 60 percent his vote goes to TSTL and 40 percent goes to Sunflower Manual creator. Hence here come his votes for Sunflower Manual creator. Whereas most of us tend to go all out on one person only.
