Default Wuxia Styled Star Wars Short Film 1!!

Hi, I'm making a series of Star Wars Short Films, of which 2 out of 6 have been filmed. We are filming the third one as we speak.

This is the first one, stylistically paying tribute to the black and white vampire film, the western, Japanese anime, Samurai Films and most importantly of all, the Wuxia Movie.

Bear in mind I made this three years ago, and as my first ever movie, it is not that good. I just need some fellow Wuxia fans to tell me what I need to improve on.

This is the sequel, filmed Two Years Ago:

    Enjoy!!

    Nice, just 1 small problem.

Something is f**king wrong with Flash Player 9, ever since that update, any Flash 9 media files will not have any sound.

As for quality, we all have to use the resources we have, so can't do anything about it. And its not much of an issue.

The main thing is storyline which you seem to have it down nicely.

    Thank you.

This film was made for a budget of $300 Australian Dollars, and that's not including the camera. Shot in 8 hours over 2 weeks.

And ironic about the Flash Player 9, considering that the film is a silent film.

I didnt actually mean your film with sound, I meant generally, because I saw several fan made SW short clips and they had sound, but never came out.

When Flash 10 comes out, hopefully you'll get to hear the selection of music I used to tempo the action.

Whats the title of that first song you used in the video? The one playing in the bar.

Hey ronin, you have a lot of pretty good ideas in your fan videos, join us for other
    topics here on spcnet.

And CC, does your Flash 9 support sound? How did you fix it?

And I am going to Dl some Kajiura Yuki from limewire to sample her songs and see if i like it.

    Hey Thanks.

Here's the short film I'm most proud of, a Wuxia style music video using Ms Kajiura's best piece of music, Mezame from the anime series Mai Hime.

I recommend you look up the following, as well as the anime they came from. All of them are 26 episodes.

    Noir
    .hack//SIGN
    Madlax
    Mai Hime

    Enjoy!!

Cool I'll look into it, but still no sound from Flash 9, tried uninstalling it and reinstalling 8, but didnt work.

Thats the trouble of living in Europe, no animes and if they have, its very few.

Ah, good sir, that is what bittorrent and Youtube is for!!

Point in fact, if you're quick, they still have the ENTIRE Mai Hime anime series on Youtube, all 26 episodes of it.

Bear in mind though that they are each chopped into three parts so as to accomodate the 100 Megabytes per file limit.

And make sure you watch the subtitled japanese version.

    Enjoy!!

    Sincerely Ronin Aquila
