Did Mo Yung F'uk and Ah Bik ever find out that Ah Chu died, and how? Did Jin Yong ever depict their reactions to the news (assuming they ever got it)?

Mo Yung F'uk, I can see being aloof to Ah Chu's death, but Ah Bik and Ah Chu were rather close. I'm surprised that after Ah Chu's disappearance, Ah Bik never spared another thought for her old work partner.

Allow me to OT this thread to ask about Murong family and Ah Zhu. I believe this is discussed before but somehow I have forgotten the details:
1. When Ah Zhu was given to Murong family at birth, who accept Ah Zhu and who give away Ah Zhu?
2. Was Ah Zhu's birth parents revealed to Murong family? [which I do not think so]
