what new edition are you talking about? if its a movie, i refuse to authorize it becuase movies tend to twist the plot horribly. if you're talking abotu the new edition with LYF, when she saw that MRF went crazy she was simply like "sigh" "sigh" "lets go duan lang"

also, strangly i don't have a problem with WYY. you guys dislike her for only loving her cousin and ignoring duan yu because duan yu is hte protagonist. although i find her rather boring, i admire her for loving mu rong fu very wholeheartedly. at least she wasn't wishy washy like girls in korean dramas that fall in lover with another and yet still cling on to thier old boyfriends. she hardly had any place for duan yu. think about it in another perspective. say, after she fell in love with duan yu, another "duan yu" like man pops up and loves her, would you guys like it if she started to like that guy? NO, i suppose. just because her love interest is mu rong fu that isn't that popular, it doesn't mean that her strong love for him isn't touching.

i don't know about the thing about duan yu marring WYY, ZL, and MWQ. i first heard that he married all of them from this person that wrote a review on the 1997 TLBB who read the book, so i think she is trustable and someone else said that in the oldest version with idy chan, duan yu married all of them too. then i heard that jing yong told the directors of TLBB 1997 and 2003 to take out the part where duan yu married all of them. i'm not sure if he took it out of his newest editions of the books too. i sure hope he has
