Default Comparing Ding Pang's Curved Sabre and Dook Goo Kau Bai/Yeung Gor's Heavy Iron Sword

Both Ding Pang's Curved Sabre and Dook Goo Kau Bai/Yeung Gor's Heavy Iron Sword were known for being extraordinary marital arts training tools and nearly unbeatable weapons in combat. How do these two weapons compare to one another as both training tools and as actual combat instruments? Which is the superior of the two?

i'm going with DGKB's heavy sword, eventually, you discard the sword and become more powerful, ding ping was way weaker without his sabre.

I'm not sure that was true anymore by the end of his story. His enemy Lau Yerk Chung, armed with the Curved Sabre, attacked an unarmed Ding Pang and Ding *still* beat him.

What are the chemical elements that make up the two?
Burying his Dugu 9 Jian manual under an epitaph, Dugu Qiubai felt he has left his legacy for the next generation. He then moved to Shaolin to study Buddhism, sweep floors and tap elite fighters.

the curved sabre is made of refined steel, while the Heavy Iron Sword is made of a special iron material call Adamantium.

It was sort of hinted that the Heavy Iron Sword might be made from a meteorite. That would give it some nickel content.

If both fighters are both equally good without weapon then the one with HIS would beat the one with the CS.

Weak fighter like Lau Yerk Chung doesn't count.
