How fast is LBWB really? In the 1996 TVB version of DGSD DY was zooming in and out and sometimes people would think they didn't see anything. Is it really up to that standard? Or is it another typical TVB exaggeration?
PS: Are other lightness kungfu always on, unlike LBWB?

LWBW is as fast as iron palms sect water floating lightskill and ancient tomb lightskill.
really, most of the wulin experts were pretty much as fast as each other in move ments. LWBW focuses on twisting the hips and turning the waist to avoid the enemy along with fast foot work, so it's better at avoiding attacks then other skills, but long distance running, same as XF and the other greats. but better energy usage and conservation, so can run longer.THE KYSS OF THE SWORD IS DEADLY BUT EXQUSITE
