i saw this and i feel in love with it! it was very good! excellent actors and actresses. i havent' seen the other version, but this is my favorite so far!

i think alec looks ok in this series..not exactly a fan of this era. i tink the hairstyle with his fringe combed back looks odd but prob suits this era.
li qian i must say looks absolutely pretty and cute. in most series that i have seen her in, she is always portrayed in roles where her looks pale in comparison to her co-stars. But wow i must say that she looks really attractive here.
so do alec and li qian end up as a couple? according to the synopsis they do so i hope they really do cos they look compatible.
