You know what I was thinking last night? I was thinking that I could make it so that MRF was really faking it the whole time so people wouldn't kill him. In fact he has been refining his skills and even invented a few new skills. He is the one who ordered YSG to him him. What do you guys think?

i really dont know where i should go to learn a kung fu stance before the 2 days period is up. could i just post that at night my character was taking a walk and found a manual on the floor?

Raising one's martial arts by 20 - 50% in few days is not realistic. Since the start of the RPG, we are not expected to be high in martial arts, my idea is to develop a few subplots to allow characters to participate in and choose from.

Subplot 1 - Participate in the ring fight, choosen by Xu Zhu or Duan Yu, as I have said before, a group of young and promising pugilist. Not those clan leaders. As both Xu Zhu and Duan Yu suspected traitors or undercover from the dark sides. These group of 5 or 6 people will be led by Xu Zhu to roam around jiang hu, to places like shaolin, Dali etc, looking for evidence, find out who and why the bad guys were and what they are up to.

Subplot 2 - Those who eyeing on the manuals could stay in the town. Duan Yu will stay in the town. Attempting to lure the enemy. Over here, we could out-scheme with one another. Most of the pugilist will be staying in town as well. Lots of fightings could be develop as well.

You need to fight or gone jiang hu experience to encounter events to raise one's martial arts knowledge.

Please, fellow forum members, don't try to change your character into an elite fighter in 2 days. It'll actually make the plot more interesting if you didn't and let them develop over time.
