What's This Movie Called?

I was looking for pictures of Alex Fong (lik sun), when I came across an image of him. I remember seeing this movie in a video store before, but the image I have doesn't show the whole image, just chunks of it, but it if you have seen the movie, you will probably be able to tell what movie it is almost immediately. From the images I can tell the cast is:

Alex Fong, Sunny Chan, Kelly Chen, Shawn Yue and possibly Eric Tsang.

I have googled these names together, but found nothing. If someone could tell me the name of this series (preferably english and chinese) it'd be very appreciated!

Sunny Chan isn't in this movie as his lips aren't that pouty. I think you confused him with Chen Bo Lin.
