    That's fine, but he doesn't need to be in EVERY thread on the Wuxia Forum...whether or not the topic has anything to do with him. That's where it's getting overkill.

    If you guys want a dedicated Zhuo Bufan thread here, you're welcome to start one...but let's not turn him into Paris Hilton or Lindsay Lohan by having him show up EVERYWHERE, whether he's needed or not.

    Moreover, if you want other discussion participants to actually take the character seriously, it'd be a good idea to cut back on the exaggerated introductions for the character...the capitalized SWORD GOD and "peak of perfection" stuff. The way he's being presented, it's little wonder that a good portion of the forum members are treating Zhuo as a joke.

    Its about Author Intention vs Described Feats.

    As I write the initial draft of the article, I would like to confirm one detail: were any other swordsman in the Jin Yong universe described as having reached the highest level in swordplay? If so, please paste the description here.

    SWORD GOD Zhuo Bufan required 30 years to reach the peak of peaks. I feel I need similar time to reach the peak in writing about he who reached the peak of peaks.

    I did realize it was August; however, I failed to realize its significance. Doh!
