i'm willing to bet my money on that. after watching alot of adaption it shows signs that YG was in fact had a litlte "somthing" for GF... if XNL didn't look for him the 1st time they part, chances are he wouldda mariried GF...

1) he acted strange when he's around GF showing the deffinite signs of some sparks
2) he likes GJ...
3) he likes HR...
4) GF likes him.

I always thought that Jin Yong's original intention was for Xiao Long Nu to marry her rapist and Yang Guo marry Guo Fu.

Not sure about XLN and rapist part, but I did hear that originally YG was suppose to end up with GF, but was scrapped.

I wonder if in the original version GF had GX's personality when she grows up, instead of the stupid brat we all know today.

Maybe if Yang Guo had married Guo Fu she'd be much more mature and I wouldn't dislike her as much as I do now.

Although, I'd always thought that if Yang Guo didn't get with XLN he'd end with LWS or Cheng Ying. I think it's more likely with LWS, but I think he's better suited for Cheng Ying.
