Chapter 28 is one of the shorter ones [about 1/4 shorter than most]. Yes foxs_ has completed the rest of the chapters and I have copies of them on my computer awaiting my attention. He'll start posting them shortly I'm sure.
Maybe he'll just put them all in the LOCH Unabridged thread.

For those wondering...

I didn't split Chapter 28 into 4 equal parts - I simply released the segments according to the time of completion, and so, after the 1st 3 parts, I just simply posted whatever little bit there was left.


But it will all change towards less uncertainty with Foxs taking over now.
