Yang Guo+Heavy Iron Sword vs Sweeper Monk

Do you think ZWJ, when he lived to ZSF's age, would have a chance against sweeper?

Even if he thinks, crap martial arts like Z3F, i still don't think so.

When Yang Guo defeated GWM in the Quan Zhen temple with his heavy iron sword, Yang Guo considered the sword as "cheating", "unfair", "invincible" and cannot perform his martial arts in full potential, so he definately gave up on using his iron sword because of the unfairness

I think YG had problems fighting against GWM even with his Heavy Iron Sword pre-16 yrs so I doubt he could defeat Golden Wheel Monk pre-16 yrs. As for post-16 yrs...still no because I think YG was around Great level and Sweeper is like 10 Greats combined.

I think it would take Sweeper Monk more effort to win YG than most other people. But I voted for Sweeper Monk - I think he has a distinct advantage over Yang Guo. In any case I believe I've figured out the mechanics behind Sweeper Monk's martial abilities.

he's a man, he's not castrated, his nuts ain't made out of steel, there's his weakness. there're certain parts of the body where u just can't train (eyes, nuts) if you play dirty he's as good as gone.

Good luck actually connecting strikes on his eyes or nuts. This resembles arguments whenever some random person claims they could take anyone in MMA because "I'd rip his eyes out" or some other fantasy.

Yeah, but he's got an unbreakable force field of energy. YG wouldn't be able to move his sword if Sweeps lets out the force field. The only reason XF was able to hit Sweeps is caused Sweeps wanted XF to hit him so he could test out XF's 18 palms.

The only one with a chance might be WSB. WSB could just talk crap to Sweeps and then sneak attack him with that sharp dagger when Sweeps isn't aware.

Also, to the person who thinks ZWJ has a chance if he kept on improving.... I doubt it. He might've maxed out his abilities at the end of HSDS. Even if he didn't, there's no way I can see ZWJ improving to even Sweeps level. XF, if he didn't die, probably would have the talent to reach Sweeps level.

I disagree. Don't forget, 9 Yin/9Yang are both Daoist internals described by ZBT as "having no boundaries" to improvements. When ZBT talked about WCY, ZBT felt that if WCY was still alive with his "boundless" internal improvements, he would be able to defeat the other 4 Greats in less than a day because those people have pretty much reached their peak because external arts are bounded while his internal is boundless. Later, it was mentioned 9 Yin was "on the same road" as QZ internal, except more improved and stronger. Since 9 Yang was in a way derived from 9 Yin and supposely "improved", I don't see why 9 Yang wouldn't have the "no boundary" improvement rule. Though the improvements wouldn't be insanely quick, but it would still be constantly improving when ZWJ is sleeping like GJ does. It would be like the improvement that GJ had from Pre 16 Years ROCH to Post 16 Years ROCH, which is still a significant improvement. Now, ZWJ is only 21 or so, imagine what his internal would be like when he is at Z3F's age.

I agree. ZWJ's internal power was described as having been increased even after he had already reached that high level when he came out of the CHI bag. It's actually pretty amazing that his internal power could have improved in a few months even after already attaining such a high level during the battle Brightness peak. We know that most greats tend to plateau in improvement after reaching such a high level but ZWJ seems to not have hit that limit yet. 9yang really seems to be one of the most powerful internal power techniques and has even more potential than 9yin's internal power.

Nay, it's got nothing to do with 'sword winds' now. It's just that under certain conditions the Sweeper Monk wouldn't perform at his maximum capabilities. So how he wins Yang Guo also depends on Yang Guo's state of mind.
