Default Luk Family martial arts - separate from Peach Blossom Island martial arts?

Luk Sing Fung was a student of East Heretic Wong Yerk See, so naturally, Luk practiced Peach Blossom Island martial arts. Did the Luk Family, however, have a set of martial arts independent of Peach Blossom Island's? Luk Sing Fung's son practiced martial arts, but his skills were not Peach Blossom Island skills (Luk Sing Fung would not teach these skills to others, not even his own son, without his teacher Wong Yerk See's approval). Moreover, people in wulin seemed to treat the Luk Family and their martial arts as independent entities rather than extensions of Peach Blossom Island (although people knew of the association between the Luk Family and Peach Blossom Island).

i was under the impression that lu guan yin was sent to learn martial arts from someone else (xian xia men?), and no one actually thought lu cheng feng knew any martial arts until yang kang appeared. since they were already established under a seperate name, i suppose it'll be hard to consider them (excluding lu cheng feng) as peach island even if they were influenced later on...

lu chenfung did not dare teach his son his schools martial arts without permission from his teacher, so he entered him into the tutelage of the red clouds immortal school which is affilicated with shaolin through inferior. HYS looked down on that school and allowed LCF to teach his son.

Nope. Lu Chengfeng kept his Peach Blossom background and his martial arts a secret. Not even his son knew. It was only revealed when Mei Chaofeng appeared and he acknowledged her as shijie.
