Note that I did not put any option lower then 'just-below-Xuan-monks' because it has been established that SWORD GOD Zhuo Bufan could kill a leading Elder of the 72 Caves/36 Islands in 1 stroke plus execute feats which stunned them. Therefore he can't be anywhere near or below that absolute minimum level.

The reason is because he got defeated by Xu Zhu, another reason is the flooding of this person in the forum, it gets so irritating to see such a powerful fighter get boosted up to be godlike where he can defeat even DGQB and maybe spar with Sweeper monk.
