Oh, I've watch this series a few years ago, but only the first 2 tapes!

There are so many uglie, hideous looking guys in this series, while all of the girls were so pretty. I can't stand watching movies w/ uglie actors or actress, especially when one person is so cute, while the others are so dam uglie!

i know, both princes were ugly and losers (especially the older one)
it was like zhao hong fei was the only guy in the series that didn't look so ugly

Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But those guys are just losers, especially the older one. Even if they were handsome, they were still losers. I was like, I hope Cao Ying choose neither of these two. Pathetic. The old prince already bed Qing Feng, and he still wanted the other sister as well. Anyone agrees that the two princes looked more like villains? Seriously, I thought both of them were going to turn bad and fight over a girl.

Does anyone like the one girl Zhao was with originally, who later ended up with her own martial arts brother. I felt sorry for Zhao's martial arts sister. I know it is not right to force love, but I wish she was loved by him rather than the sorry prince.

i also felt bad for Cao Ying, since she never got to choose who she wanted to be with but was instead only being fought over from both princes they should have respected her feelings more

I agree w/ every1 who spoke positively of Zhao Hong Fei. His character was wonderful in here (and he was the only good looking guy). I was a little disappointed in the fact that he did very little in the end, however. Actually, I am very disappointed in the ending period. The show is kinda fluffy where the good guys (2 old guys aka father of Dai Jiao Qing? and master of Zhao Hong Fei) died and the bad guys walk away w/ a reprimand (the guy that opposed Zhao Hong Fei's master aka father of the girl he first loved). But there were some memorable scenes like all the parts where Dai Jiao Qing was w/ Zhao Hong Fei. I love it when he lost his martial arts skills and landed under a cliff. B/c his legs were broken, so Dai Jiao Qing carted him around. It was nice when she took him home and his master transferred martial arts to him (the guy took away his martial arts in the first place) and the master approved of Dai Jiao Qing. Later Zhao Hong Fei found out he has fallen for her. It was so cute. That's why the only redeeming factor for the ending was that they ended up together (unfortunately, it was quite corny. they road away together towards the sunset, vowing to travel the world to defend the weak).

hmm, you know, i havent actualyl watched the whole series. it was on tv, so i started watching it somewhere near the beginning, so i missed some stuff. i really do want to watch it again though!

the part where feng huang sends yun qiao qiao back to where he had been leaving and then yun qiao qiao convinces feng huang to go back home to where she lives

while on the other hand, qing ting commits suicide (i am not sure if she is alive though) and qing feng is going to send qing ting back to their home

im pretty sure the series is almost ending
