right now he is not married. at the beginning of his career he was married to a korean woman. they divorced after 2 years, i think. he has said that he will probably never marry again. but he is always linked to one girl or another. usually to ayumi hamasaki, bc they're good friends, and bc fans like to project.

I like some Gackt songs. I like "Longing" and "Redemption" from the Dirge of Cerberus Soundtrack, and "Mirror" and "Mizerable" as well. And also, regarding the Gackt looking like Squall thingy, I think Squall really does look like Gackt, although Tetsuya Nomura says that Squall is based on River Phoenix, well...we know who Squall is REALLY based on.

yes i read his bio.. he was seeing dead people after the drowning incident he had apparently, his parents sent him to a mental institution after that they moved to the city... there are lots of weird things there like he claims he is 400 years old and stuff like that..

Mizerable had a nice ethereal aura. To me, the composition was genius because it had a lot of soundplay. You have to listen a few times to appreciate all the little subtle things that are usually drowned out through tainted ears. Originally Posted by Digitalis

The music video, itself, was pretty cool...having someone dress up in a robe/devil's mask and playing the violin upon a setting sun...genius.

has anybody seen gackt lately? i saw a vid clip of him at an awards show in china, and OMG, he was so skinny!
it was especially apparent bc he was wearing those scary tight leather pants that he tends to favor. why is everyone in asia becoming skeletons?!
and when he came up to accept his award and make a little speech (in mandarin!) he had this weird crazed look in his eyes. like he was trippin on quaaludes and was gonna burn this mother down! it made me crack up so bad!
