How much of the Ming Cult did Yan Teen Sing take with him to the Heavenly Eagle Sect?

White Browed Eagle King Yan Teen Sing and his followers separated from the Ming Cult to establish the independent Heavenly Eagle Sect many years before the story of HSDS proper began. Just how much of the Ming Cult's membership/power did Yan Teen Sing take with him? At the beginning of HSDS, the Heavenly Eagle Sect was a widely feared force in wulin. Even the six orthodox sects didn't dare go up against the Heavenly Eagle Sect alone (they only dared confront Yan Teen Sing and his people when they could gang up on the sect). If the Heavenly Eagle Sect could thus intimidate the six orthdox sects (and a number of smaller sects such as the Sea Sand Sect), and it was just one part of the Ming Cult, then the Ming Cult's overall strength must have been incredible.

ming cult split up ten years before bai mei clan made their appearence in HSDS. yin white eagle did not take more then his subordinates with him but he built up his clan in the ten years since. and when the orthodox clans fought with him, he suffered the biggest loss because he was always outnumbered, but he himself was undefeated and his son became an top expert. so the other sects were afraid of him. not his clan. he was respected because he never surreneded even through his clan came out the worse over the years.
