That is not the most flattering picture of Zoicite. But what I dislike about the live action is they seem to have combined both Usagi's friend Naru's BF (forgot his name) with the arcade guy's character and so its so weird, he's so nerdy with the turtle thing.![]()
Haha Kunzite! Yay! It's been months since I've seen this live action. I wish Nobuta was Usagi instead but I guess the one we have is okay.
At least in the special we get to see Mamoru and Usagi get married! woohoo! I think I remembered that right.

How come most 江湖 (jiānghú) wanderers never worry about money? I wonder how a 大俠 (dàxiá) make a living...does meddling in people's business and righting wrongs pay well?

Sometimes it's hard to love someone because you're so afraid of losing them.
Okay, why don't you go out and make the costumes, see if you can make better costumes than they already have for the live action.Originally Posted by girllikeme

This series is a bit ridiculous (*sorry for the fans out there) but then again, I probably like funny comical characters than depressing or horror movies. I always laugh when sailormoon transforms herself, it's involuntaryanyways, its an ok series but i recommend watching the anime version (more emotional).

manga, anime and live action have different stories but some plot of the live action is based from the manga...![]()

I didnt say i could, and that would my weakest point... but all im trying to say its not just the costumes that takes up the whole part of the 'Appearance'. Some of the places arnt as good, but whatever. I still like the real-life version better than the anime.Originally Posted by Suet Seung

To be fair, the anime and the live action has its goods and its flaws. The live action had some silly corny parts but then the anime was injected with lotsa comedy and well Usagi was never meant to be a wimpy ditz whose immature the majority of the time, she was rather gutsy and stood up to fight without people keep reminding her like in the anime, the manga is better as it is the original source from the author.Originally Posted by snow_angel

all of the versions' stories are from Naoko Takeuchi-sama.

i don't know, i think i feel for the live action more than the anime. i never liked usagi in the anime or manga, but was surprised when i actually liked her depiction in the live action. even though the actress was not pretty, she is one of the few that can act well in the series and the characterization of usagi was the best of all the versions i have experienced (she was too whiny in the anime and too mopey in the manga, i think). I also liked many of the minor characters that I did not care for in the other versions and i was glad that they actually found a tall guy to play mamoru (i was quite surprised that he was tall, about a feet taller than usagi which is closed enough). furthermore, many of the conversations in here were memorable (even though the fight scenes were cheesey) and mamoru was the sweetest in here too. I love how they protrayed the two leads falling in love in a gradual process resembling the manga. I despised how they fell for each other in the anime b/c it was toooooo shallow. but in here, it was nice and made me root for their relationship to bloom.Originally Posted by j-walker
