I always kinda wondered when Jimmy would star in a modern series since he's mainly done nothing but ancient series. I've always considered myself more of an ancient series fan since i really don't care for most of the storylines they have for modern series. It's always like the same kind of stories/dramas over and over again and it gets old. But i have to say that maybe i'm starting to change my mind and actually give some modern series a chance. I started watching It Started with a Kiss too (thanks for the recommendation, ellledubs!) and i got really addicted to it. It's a pretty funny series with a cute storyline, not to mention cute actors too. Hmm, i hope this new Jimmy series will have me somewhat hooked too.

I'm like you in that i used to watch a lot of TVB series. But that's more back in the day now. I'm not really into the current TVB actors/actresses either. So that definitely doesn't help either.

So the older brother didn't even know about Jimmy's previous relationship with Hong Xiao Ling. I wanna see what that Mr. Duran contest is all about. What kind of role will Li Wei have in all of this? I know he's going to be playing an actor but what significance will his character have? Is he going to be a pretty minor character? So when exactly do Jimmy and Liu He Na get married during all of this? Before or after the rift between the two? I hope their major misunderstandings get resolved and that they end up with each other again. Sounds like it could be a tragic ending. I'm definitely into happy endings so let's hope not.

I read that Jimmy and Liu He Na will get married. Don't know when? Hope that it is the happy ending we all want. Sounds like Jimmy will have a lot of emotional scenes.

We know that William Lap will only appear in 5 eps. So he will die in ep 5. This storyline is just for about the first 5/6 eps. There are a lot more to come. How many eps do San Lap idol series usually have, 20?
