Happyfeet!

In the great nation of Emperor Penguins, deep in Antarctica, you’re nobody unless you can sing--which is unfortunate for Mumble (voiced by Elijah Wood), who is the worst singer in the world. He is born dancing to his own tune--tap dancing. His parents Norma Jean (Nicole Kidman) and Memphis (Hugh Jackman), worry because without a Heartsong, Mumble may never find true love. As fate would have it, his one friend, Gloria (Brittany Murphy), happens to be the best singer around. Cast out of the community, Mumble meets a posse of penguins who embrace his dance moves and invite him to party with them.

I watched this just recently. It's an absolutely adorable film with some parallels to Finding Nemo. The animation is great, the storyline like most children's films, is somewhat predictable, but it's overall a lot of fun.

Yes that is true, but Nicole Kidman's character is, of course, based off the singer Norma Jean. Nicole Kidman herself is not a bad singer at all, unless they did major voice editing on Moulin Rouge that I never knew about.

I, unlike Net , loved Happy Feet. Very cute movie. Couldn't sit still

ya, I watched happy feet as well, but almost dozed off. No fightning or violence. It's a movie more suited for girls.
