Cheng Ying and Lu Wu Shuang's connection to Lu Guan Ying and Chen Yao Jia...
Are they related at all? They have the same last names, and they're both from the LOCH/ROCH world, seemed kinda coincidental to me...

No connection with Lu Wushuang and Lu Guanying. Its just a common surname. There were many families with the name Lu that lived in Jiangnan, these two Lu families were the most well known in the area at the time. I don't know who Chen Yaojia is but again, I believe its just a common surname.

Chen Yao Jia was the only female member of the Quan Zhen 7, Sun Bu'er's student. She liked Guo Jing, but then ended up liking and marrying Lu Guan Ying instead. (This was when Guo Jing got stabbed by Yang Kang and he and Huang Rong had to stay in the hidden room of Qu Ling Feng's restaurant. Huang Yao Shi kinda pressurized her to marry Lu Guan Ying.)
