    Oh, that series where Barbara portrayed two characters as twins is called 'United We Stand.'

    I know, I'm getting the 'The Rough Ride.' I wonder when they are coming out with DVD version of CLH.

    It's too bad I can't read chinese either so I can't access none of her website.

    vcd versions are often heavily edited. I remember when I had the vcd version of ROCH it was heavily edited and when I bought the dvd version many scenes that were cut out in the vcd version were in the dvd version. I know that the vcd version of CLH had many scenes cut out. I was pretty upset when I found out since I so anticipated the serie. I don't even know if TVB will ever release dvd version of CLH 84 or not, I can only hope for it.

    Most likely yours are vcd sets. The only series that barbara starred in that is currently on dvd is 'the rough ride' and 'LOCH'. I just purchased 'the rough ride' and she looked absolutely amazing. Her character is so cute and strong. Too bad that was the only modern series she was in.

    Default Barbara Yung (Weng Meiling)

    $this->handle_bbcode_img_match('http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c215/happyday673/one/BAr.gif')

    I like her too. She's one of the TVB Golden '80s actresses that I liked along with Idy Chan and Angie Chiu.

    Her performance in LOCH'82 is super excenllent. It's the BEST CLASSIC LOCH verison Ever!

    Yeah, it's very sad that Barbara died so young. I started watching her series ever since I was like six or seven...like LOCH and The New Adventures of Chor Lau Heung...just loved her in the series...my mother told me she passed away and I was like so shocked....!!!!!!! I couldn't believe my ears and thought she was only kidding...but not...i always wondered where she would be at right now if she was still alive....except for her relatively short height, i love her!!!!

    She is absolutely the BEST in "Classic LOCH '82".

    Her chemistry with Felix was awesome. LOve this couple. It's the BEST Chemistry out of ALL LOCH versions!

    This forum hasn't been posted in over two months so I guess I'll take the liberty to keep it going again. I agree that Barbara's chemistry with Felix is top notch, pity that she did not share any more screen time with him.

    I tend to blame Kent for the death of Barbara even though I agree that we should not blame him since he didn't kill her.

    Based on acting alone, I really like his acting. I like his acting more than Tony Leung and Andy Lau out of the five tigers. He is really cool in The Foundation and The Wild Bunch.

    i dont think she is very beautiful but her acting was really amazing. i was shocked about her death too
    Beautiful and deadly, she is a true descendant of dragon. Fighting for the forces of right and justice, she leaves a series of broken bodies and broken hearts wherever she goes.
