Those are the only 2 reasons I managed to finish that show too. In reality though, it should have only been one episode. And I think Yuta should have bulked up more for his shirtless scenes. I liked how they parodied Godhand Teru in The Quiz Show 2.

Majo Saiban isn't bad and kind of reminds me of Liar Game. With its twists and turns as well as relatively short episodes, it's one of those shows that compels you to watch all the episodes in one sitting. Is she or isn't she...?

Lately I've been rewatching the entire Trick series (currently close to wrapping up season 2). Gotta love Ueda and Yamada.

oohh I haven't finish watching The Quiz Show 2... It should be funny since I already seen God Hand Teru.

I love Majo Saiban! Toma really suited the character, and his girlfriend (I only remember her as Saejima from Code Blue), she's good too! she was so sweet and charming when she was nice, but look psycho when she was mad, awesome, it's true what Matsuoka said in 5LDK about her, she has so many facial expression from one extreme to the other.

I feel cheated all the time with the story, when I thought I know the ending, I got fooled again! it's a good twist all the way.

anyone seen Tantei Gakuen Q the series? any good?
    Spring Summer Autumn Winter.
    Pair ducks nest fly together.
Clemencies. Summer life, feather winter white.
Green meadow in spring, before the autumn bite.
    Watching the red gown.
    And none else, alone.

    Currently watching Hanazakari no Kimitachie.
It's actually my first Japanese drama, and I'm loving it.

I've seen it and it's okay. Somewhat predictable, but more or less better than those Tantei Shimai series.
I just love how you Captivate My Mind

I agree with SS. It's also a lot better than the special (which is probably not saying much).

I've started on Teioh with the sole reason being for Takashi. The storyline is lame with one-dimensional stock characters so typical of these types of shows (Jotei, anyone? ). And seriously, who would go for Renjo when Sakaki is around (not that I'm biased or anything )? Fortunately the episodes are quite short and fast-paced.

I'm also watching Call Center no Koibito (it's been all downhill from the first episode and the title hasn't made much sense as of yet) and plan on starting Kanryotachi no Natsu soon.

Oh yes, I felt the same way and gave up after episode 2. It's bland and tedious, and I hated watching Koizumi Kotaro being the company man, acting all righteous and ingratiating. He's a boring actor with little range and no presence. The script doesn't help either with the boring stories. Not quite what I expected in a followup from the same writer as Haken no Hinkaku.

I attempted Kanryotachi no Natsu but couldn't get beyond the first episode as much as I liked so many members of the male cast. It seemed weird watching a drama with the main character trumpeting about being able to stand up to America and building Japan into a force to be reckoned with. Like it's another attempt at stirring the country by dwelling on the nostalgia of the past? If I could get beyond that I guess I'd appreciate the storytelling of the background of some of the the industries like the automobile industry and how they developed into what they are today.

    Waiting impatiently for Kyumei Byoto!

I finally finish Tantei Gakuen Q yesterday, it was ok, I like Megu, so cute and super narcism.. lol..

Anyone follow Buzzer Beat? it's my fave drama this season. I give up Saru Lock (too rough for my taste) and I will watch Orthos no Inu when it's complete. I'm seriously doesn't expect myself to enjoy Buzzer Beat, it's just nice simple story after watching few detective drama (Boss, Mr. Brain and Majo Saiban).. and plus Aibu Saki really good playing bad girl! Can't see her sweet innocent girl at all like in Zettai Kareshi.

I haven't try to see Kyumei Byoto yet.

    Thumbs up

On my break time, I'm fixating my eyes and attention on Nagase Tomoya-sama. In other words, I'm watching Karei Naru Spy. There's some cheesy comedy and formulaic save-the-day ending to the episodes, but I like Nagase's performance.

I'm surprised to learn he and Ayumi had broken up. Are they still apart? They dated for a very long time.

I love the theme song Rose of Desert Sun. I have a question about TOKIO, do the other members of TOKIO sing? Most of the time it just seems Nagase is always the lead and lone vocal singing. Don't the other members want to sing too? Are they okay with just being the musicians and not the singer?

I'm rewatching all the Investigator Mariko series as well as watching Hancho. The prior are so much better in terms of characterization and charm. None of the detectives in Hancho have an ounce of charisma, except perhaps Suda. I'll probably forget them all within a week of finishing the show. On the other hand, who can ever forget Mariko and Detective Koba, among others?!

I think Nagase provides the lone vocals of the group and they all seem to be okay with it.

Currently watching 'Orthros no Inu'. Sometimes hate chasing dramas...cos wanna knows what happens next straight away.

Well, in boredom, I randomly went to watch ‘BOSS’, which was kinda easy to watch and finished it quite quickly. I think I’m interested enough now to expand my j-drama watching, even it is hasn’t got anyone I like in it. Hehehe.

Can't wait to watch Liar Game 2, I love the twists and games.

I just finished a bunch of dramas recently, including Sailor Fuku to Kikanju, Manhattan Love Story, Orthros no Inu, and Kyumei Byoto 24 Ji 4. I'm currently watching Oniyome Nikki and just can't see how/why the hubby puts up with that crazy, self-centered witch.

Anego, so far I like it; loved the monologues between each character. Liar Game Season 1; this sure has the major core like Saw. However, by deceiving your opponent for $100 million Yen=1.1 US dollars is rather intriguing, but risky. The story does get very complicated as it goes.

Watching Ikebukuro West Gate Park very rough, I think with today classification it can be a MA15+... makes KCE looks polite. Kudo Kankuro script's in Ryusei is definetely different. Nagase acting was typical, but good casting.

Fumo Chitai from this season. It's a really long first episode, clocking almost 2 hours minus ads.
