The Sixth Sense -- I saw it in the theater upon release and before the hype, and was completely blown away by the twist at the end. Didn't see that one coming.

The Others -- Boring and nonsensical until the plot twist. Then all made sense.

I kept thinking that Edith was waaaay too precocious for a 9-year-old and she turns out to be a crazy 30 something dwarf. Then it all made sense.

Saw VI. All the Saw films supposedly have some kind of twist at the end, but IMO this one's ranks up there as one of the best. Not the part about Jill turning on Hoffman, but with the whole "who was really being tested" deal. At least I didn't see it coming.

I'm looking forward to Saw 3D!

Wild Things (Neve Campbell) came top of my mind.
When I wake up in the morning I always remind myself to 'Seize the Day.'

I like the twist of Serendipity. I heard that Silent Hill has a lot of twist too. You guys watch Heaven's Postman (Korean Movie) too. It has a very beautiful twist.
