Howard Stern is listed as the father of the new baby, so I'm guessing he'll get the baby.

Hmm...first Anna's son Daniel, and now Anna herself. Her mother may have been right to be concerned about this whole situation, especially when so much money is involved.

Sorry, I knew I shouldn't of had left out the K. IMO, this guy should be the first suspect. He was present at Daniel's death and was with Nicole when she was found. And also he's the name on the baby's birth certificate. And I wonder who'll have the responsibility of taking care of the baby's assests now.

I know nothing about her cause of death. I haven't even read any internet news postings.

But... I would guess that the cause of death was some bad mix of medication.

She probably was depressed after her son OD'ed on drugs/pills himself. Those anti-depressant pills...

I had a HS classmate who died in college at his toilet after mixing medication. Not a good idea to take multiple drugs at the same time.

i heard a very interesting theory on the radio. probably totally fake, but made some sense. maybe anna nicole smith had the baby with....her son! if you think about, she has refused all along to paternity tests. her creepy son was always in her room. she was loopy. he ODed right after the birth of her daughter. and now, she ODed. makes you think.

Now, is that biologically impossible? Dogs certainly can get impregnanted by its puppy as long as the puppy reaches puberty, and I don't see how humans are different than animals in this case.

Why not? A mother is a woman, and a son is a man. So long as neither of them are sterile, it's completely possible.

And what kind of child it would turn out to be? A normal human, that's all. Except for the higher probability of having some genetic defects.

Mother/son or father/daughter can have children. It's just that the alleles are so similar (the child has 50% of the parent's genes) so that any recessive traits (including for diseases) have a better chance of manifestation. So... inbreeding gives ya a better chance of giving birth to babies with serious defects.

Makes ya wonder about Duan Yu and his love of a lifetime who happens to be a cousin... Check out the pic of their future son, which takes the inbreeding into account when using a computer program to predict his appearance, on the DY+WYY Shrine. But I digress...

Anyway, I don't think Smith made it with her son. It's just another nasty rumor.

Now, there is a new guy claiming to be the father of the baby. Prince Frederick von Anhalt said he was having an affair with her during the months that she had the baby. The freaken judge should just do a DNA test on all these men to find out who the real father is. It's so annoying! It's so easy to find out and end all these claims from these guys. Just freaken do the DNA test!!!!!!!!
