-ATTENTION-

Keeping in mind the objective of the game, which is to eliminate all candidates save one SURVIVING WINNER, it is necessary to steer the voting direction in a manner which will help produce the one final survivor. Therefore -

NEW RULEs Effective 30 hours from now:
1) You may cast ONLY ONE vote each turn

2) You must alternate your votes in a +1/-3 manner. If you voted +1 this time, your next vote must be a -3, and vice versa.

These rules will be effective on Sunday, Feburary 18 at 9pm Eastern Standard Time. I wanted to give the players extra time to "prepare for" and get acquainted with the new rules. Until the stated time, the current rules continue to apply.

Here are the Rules of the game :: La Règle du jeu - simple and sweet, much like the first survivor game:

1. Each contestant (an almost couple) starts with 10 points. When a contestant reaches a score of zero, it shall be excluded from the game from that point on.

2. You may vote once every FOUR turns OR every 30 minutes, whichever comes first; this means that unless 30 minutes have passed since your last vote, you must wait until at least THREE others have voted before you vote again.

3. Due to the high volume of contestants, For each voting turn you may cast ONE -or- TWO votes. To cast a single vote, You may either add (+) or subtract (-) a point from one contestant. To cast two votes, one vote must be a (+) and the other must be a (-).

4. To facilitate the tracking of the scores, please cut and paste the ENTIRE LIST of kung fu in your post (highlighting your addition/subtraction).

Retirement, winner forecasting, and other potential exercises may be considered as the game progresses.












The idea originated from chickenfeet over a year ago, only now does it seem apropos to kick it off, with the day of love and passion around the corner. The contestants of this survivor game will consist of couples who had feelings for each other (or the feeling was only uni-directional); you know that they could have shared something beautiful together, you wanted to see them together, and you wish they would become lovers, BUT they never formed a romantic relationship.

You don't have to plea, I always encourage more fans to initiate survivor games, although it is time-consuming to be sure.
