Default Chiu Cheen Sheun - Chiu Cheen Sheun Lee?

In DGSD, there was a character named Chiu Cheen Sheun, who famously remained enamored of his younger martial sister decades after she had married another man ("Grandpa" Tam).

Near the beginning of ROCH, when Gwok Jing, Wong Yung, and Ohr Jen Ngok encounter West Poison Au Yeung Fung for the first time since LOCH, Wong Yung attempts to further confuse Au Yeung Fung by responding to his question of "What's my name?" with "Your name is Chiu Cheen Sheun *Lee*."

Was this a reference to the DGSD character?

Indeed, Zhao Qiansun was the famed old goofball in DGSD. His legend outlived himself (he was killed by XIao Yuanshan) and was not forgotten by later generations, but not everyone remembered him. Only highly knowledgeable people like Huang Rong had heard of the great name of Zhao Qiansun. Since he was a goofball, and Ouyang Feng had reached a similar condition in ROCH, Huang Rong wanted to confuse Western Venom with a name that he may be vaguely familiar with, but not able to pinpoint exactly.

That was my version of the day. Here is the real answer:

Zhao, Qian and Sun were the most popular surnames at the time and formed the start of a poem called "A hundred family names": Zhao Qian Sun Li, Zhu Wu Zheng Wang, etc. Zhao was first because that's the surname of the Sung emperors.

So, Huang Rong was simply tossing out random names to confuse Ouyang Feng.
By the way, the DGSD Zhao Qiansun was a nameless person. His real name is unknown.

And it just so happened that the DGSD character had a name made of those three surnames?

He didn't want people to know his real name, so he just used those 3 surnames as his public name.

Some other characters who used fake names all the time are Zhang 3 and Li 4 from Ode to Gallantry.
