GJ was in a little bit of a different situation. For one, GJ's balance with the 4 mongolian warriors was far too tipped in favor of the Mongolians. There was one of the 4 that was already equal to him. Having 3 helpers, as said by JY personally, they in theory shouldn't have much trouble against GJ (But XF was a bit different, he was superior to both of his opponents and realistically could have a chance, though the favor was still tipped to his opponent. However, the difference isn't as big as what GJ had to face. ). For GJ to last it out that long was already impressive. Plus, GJ did stragtegize somewhat by analyzing the 4 warriors based on the way they set up their weapons. From the info he got, he immeditely took out the weakest to 1) make the other 3 fear him more 2) have less enemies and take out one less trouble. Furthermore, when the situation was turning bleak for GJ, he realized that he would eventually lose and as a result need to think of a new idea-which would be to jump into the army and hide himself. From this, I would say GJ even with his stupid mind strategizes and certainly better than XF.

With regards to XF, he might not actively form strategies but he seemed to have amazing battle instincts and reflexes. Not many people talked about this but I was pretty amazed that he avoided the poison needle from Ah Zhi at such a short distance and with such short notice. Many of the greats have been struck by far less sneakier attacks.

Anyways, nice to see you guys again. Nice to see everyone's skills have risen to another level. I'll be back again when I have more time.

I wouldn't count Ma Guang Zuo in the fight. He's too weak; he almost got killed by the combined forces of the four fighters. This shows that he simply cannot be part of the fight, as he couldn't withstand the clashing forces in the battle.

The thing is, the weaker guys aren't that weak. After his swift handling of YKX, the other fighters were much more cautious and were playing defence, while trying to spot and exploit his weaknesses. If he could've done so, he would. Clearly he couldn't.

I myself am not too sure how the link between Diamond and Warrior Attendant and which is a better translation for the 金刚 named kung fus'.

I also thought of the Warrior Attendent finger as a kung fu that makes your finger a powerful attacking weapon. Not something like Dragon Trapping or Crane Catching Claw where you can use your whole hand to capture. How do you capture with only 1 finger? Unless its used to immobilise accupoints like Yi Yang Zhi.

I don't think they only train one finger (on each hand or otherwise). It should strengthen all their fingers and make them really really strong and powerful. I suppose their hands would be quite conditioned as well. So, with hands and fingers of steel, striking and trapping shouldn't be an issue. And it should come with a set of moves as well.

金刚 can refer to either 金刚石, literally diamond rock, or 四大金刚, the Four Great Warrior Attendant's, who stand guard at Buddha's halls; I really can't think of a link between them.

Considering the origins of the martial arts in question, I would imagine the Warrior Attendant to be a better translation of '金刚' as opposed to diamond.
