I remembered reading about this storyline before somewhere. But I can't remembered where or what the title was. It must be from the wuxia novels that is being translated.

what kind of character does wallace played? i'm ordering this. cost me over 100 dollars!!! damn! but i really wanted to watch it because of wallace. hopefully, it wouldn't disappoint me. his last movie wasn't that good.
I don't make my decisions fearing fate, Fate makes his.
could someone tell me the ending for Wallace Chung...don't tell me that Wallace Chung end up with the small girl with big eyes...Hu Jing looks way better
There's this series that I watched about 6 or 7 years ago (I'm pretty sure it was before 2000, or around then) which is driving me crazy, because I'm not quite sure of its title or where to get it, etc. Could you please try to identify it?
The movie starts with an earthquake. These two people - a guy and a girl - get trapped under rubble, and they bond with each other. The guy becomes blind, but he promises to marry the girl, or something like that. And then he goes away, ... and stuff happens [she later goes to search for him, because she's pregnant? with his baby, I think.] And then she meets a police officer, who likes her, but ends up dying in a fire, trying to save her baby. Er, and the main girl has a little sister who ends up marrying the guy, because of pressure from the family ... [the mother, mostly, who threatens to kill herself]
Haha that must sound really messed up. But uh, anybody know of it? Title, where to get it, actors in it, etc.?
I think, I know what old chinese series, you're talking about.
English title: Tragic Love Beyond The Strait.
US Vietnamese title is called Chuyen Tinh Doi Bo.
This series starring by Anita Yuen, Fu Yi Wai, and Tong Sui Yen.
Their vietnamese name is Vien Vinh Nghi, Pho Nghe Vi, va Dong Thoai Han.
This series is released under Tai Seng.
I think you can find it anywhere in vietnamese video store. It's depend on where you live.
hey can somebody help me find some pics of this series??..

It looks like a nicely put together fan video with clips from various series (Tian Long Ba Bu 2003, Ni Shui Han, and Wu Lin Wai Shi?). I'm pretty sure that Hu Jun, Wallace Chung, and Huang Hai Bing have never been in the same serial together.

Indeed, I was wondering how they managed to resurrect Hu "Xiao Feng" Jun straight out of DGSD 2003, complete with identical hair and costume
