Be Strong, Geum-Soon!

I noticed that this particular title wasn't found in the directory..I'm currently watching this in Singapore on channel U, and i'm wondering if any of you here has watched it as well? It's chinese title in han yu pin yin is 'jia you jin shun!'

I think Jin shun's acting skills are quite good actually, and she certainly passes off as the pretty but seemingly light-headed girl. I think her boyfriend barely shows any change in facial expressions though even when the scene demands it of him..he's supposed to be obedient and soft-spoken and all, but still? Anyways, i find Jin shun's granny rather irritating..-_-...the way she bosses around the ppl about her really pisses me off.

I'm just waiting for Jin shun's bf to pass away so that she can meet up with her new lover. He seems like a better actor for one, and apparently he'll treat her much better than her bf has..I'm only at episode 4 at the moment..can't wait for monday...though i know there'll only be a catfight awaiting me between Jin shun and her bf's mother.. <:/ sigh

I don't know, i just don't like the way her grandma treats others..but she sure is nice to Jin shun..

This is one of the great long drama I ever seen, the grandma acting is very good, saw her in other dramas too but this is the best!

eh..try youtube. Type in 'Be strong, Geum Soon' and you'll see lots of clips. Just try searching by typing 'Be strong, Geum Soon' followed by the episode you wanna watch in the search engine, and you'll probably get glued to the computer for several hours. I think these were loaded just a week ago. Watch it while it's still there!

umm.... i came across many comments (all postive) abt this drama but then i m still hesitating to watch it cos it more than 100 episodes... i dun think i hv the stamina & patient to go thru it lol...

haha..yeah it's a pretty long series. I don't know..i began watching it before i knew how long this show was going to last, but even after i knew, it didn't matter that much to me. I guess i was caught in the flow of the story..also the fact that i have nothing to do at home does help i guess, you know..the need to pass the time and all. -_-

This is one of the longest drama which I find worth watching, every episode
is nice, especially the family members.

When I first started to watch, it takes me to spend 5 hours on a single Dvd disc.

It was addicted!

Highly recommended! You will love it!

yeah she does, and hence upsets a lot of people who mean her well.

(A little bit of a spoiler) After her operation, she'll realise her love for Zaixi (after he sings her a love song apparently)..

i just watched some of the clips on youtube this morning...its so funny when Zai Xi perform the dance in public... its a bit of sizzy..

Theres lots of good comments fr the clips that were uploaded. Generally they will agree dat this is a show which is worth watching despite the length...kekeke

i've read the episode summaries for the episodes of jia you, jin shun..unfortunately, they were summarised really well..so i only know the obvious- after many trials and tribulations, Jin shun and Zai Xi will get married. But i am so hoping that Tai huan and Jin er will get together..they look great together, the cool guy and the sweet girl. If i remember correctly, Tai Huan will bestow a kiss on Jin er tonight...either tonight or next monday.

I think i might watch the ngs on youtube..just afraid it won't be funny since i don't understand a word of Korean..i'll watch it when my computer is repaired..and probably see Zai Xi give his 'dance' At the moment, my computer doesn't seem able to channel out any sound at all. Even with my earphones plugged in >:l

well ... welll.... I couldnt resist the urge & was rather impatient to watch it over Channel U & so i bought the whole set of DVDs iso... & i will watch it @my own free time minus all the ads...kekeke
