I just finished watching Green Forest, My Home and fell in love with the actor who plays Owen Jing, Ethan Ruan Jing Tian. I searched for his name and there wasn't a thread for him so I decided to start one. Does anyone else like him as an actor?

I'm a big fan of Ethan's, he's really really good looking but surprisingly he's not just a hot face, but actually has acting talent.

i watched Green Forest, My Home and he was amazing in it. I noticed that almost all Ethan fans that I've heard of fell in love with him from watching GFMH. Then i watched Hana Kimi, and he only had a little part but I loved watching him as Shen Le, he was a real jerk but somethin about him playing the bad guy made me really like him more and now I'm watching Summer X Summer. He's so cute in it, playing the goofy and clumsy guy. I love it!

Yeah, I like him! I thought he was a way better actor than the other actor in GFMH William what's his face. I thought William was a total showoff. I rather choose Owen over William any time, any series! Yah, I like Ethan Ruan.

I totally sided with Ethan's character in GFMH too. But I have to say that both he and Leon are pretty good actors.

I don't know why.. but for me Leon's caracther here is a little bit flat (boring ??) on the other side, Ethan's so cooolllll!!!

I was crushed when I found out that Ethan's character in GFMH (Owen) was going to end up alone. Leon's character was ...blah... I skipped alot of his scenes in GFMH.

I saw him in the Taiwanese adaptation of Hana Kimi and his character, Shen Le was the rival high jumper of the main character. He had braids or rather cornrolls and I didn't like that hairstyle on him but his character is cute and funny. His character was actually really nice to people although it didn't seem like it. The scenes with him in the series is limited and he doesn't appear for the last half of the series.

yeahhh. i almost didnt notice it was him in hana kimi. ahha. but i loved him in green forest. i was rooting for him the whole time. although leon's character wasnt bad either, i just think owen was the better one. :/ haha. and i find him much better looking too.

I think Ethan Ruan is a good actor but i didnt like Green forest my home...thought it was really boring... but I liked ethan!! but the story for ethan or owen in there was really poor..... Owen should of just leave the main gurl cuz she doesnt even lie him at all!!!!

I have only seen ethan in hana kimi and Fated to love you and i thought he did a great job....... it seem like the way he play the character makes him hotter than the way he just posed for pictures.... don't get me wrong he can be very hot in pictures too......
