I'm red, and I'm posting to ask that we could have longer signatures. We can't really fit very much in 200 characters....I'm not flaming SPCNET, I'm just making a friendly request. If you agree with me and would like to have longer signatures, please post here!

It's high possibility this wont work, after all, the restriction of the sig is there for a reason, but at least we'll know how many would want longer sig...

Longer signatures mean longer loading time in general on every thread since it's pulling out more text. Also, it becomes a game after a while - if I make the signature say, 500 characters, there's bound to be another member who will complain and say 500 is not enough.

sorry Red, you've supported HR - the character as well as me - many times, but i have to say i don't like longer signatures since i don't have much time to surf this forum, longer signatures means i'll have to spend more time in reading whereas the information i'll get will still stay the same.
