Default What do you imagine your favorite young wuxia heroes being like at age *80*?

Enough of the pretty boy/pretty girl worship!

We see very few of our young wuxia heroes grow to a ripe old age. Often, their stories end during their youth or on some rare occassions, in middle age. Picture the following wuxia heroes and heroines at age 80 (assuming they live to be 80) :

    Kiu Fung

    Deun Yu

    Wong Yu Yin

    Gwok Jing

    Wong Yung

    Yeung Gor*

    Cheung Mo Gei

all four of Cheung Mo Gei's main women

    Ling Wu Chung

    Yam Ying Ying

    Wai Siu Bo

all seven of Wai Siu Bo's wives

Sorry Kenny but I don't think many of us are into old people as you are. Not that there's anything wrong with that...*shudder*

Ok, as to not to spam, i always imagine DY when old as similar to Bao Din, serene and ready to convert to buddhism.

I am pretty sure Xiao Feng at 80 would still be guzzling wine by the 100 jin.

Duan Yu would be a monk with a high level of enlightenment. Add that to his kung fu and you might have a near sweeper monk type of character.

Linghu Chong would be a mischevious old man surrounded with his grandchildren.

Guo Jing would be a serious long bearded old martial artist like Z3F.

I would like to know if XLN at 80 is still supposed to be 'unaged'.

By age 80, Yang Guo might have less white hair, and more strands of black hair, he was everyday living life happily with XLN.

ZWJ at 80 living quietly with ZM away from worldly matters, with a baboon as another peer.

Or ZWJ at 80 hiding from Persians with his servant Xiao Zhao.

Or the best one - ZWJ laughing his head off with his 4 chics, thinking how he deceptive he was to trick JY and all of JY's readers, as Ming emperor constantly reports to him and wait for his command.

YG is sitting around a chair telling storyies, " when i was young, i was the most handsome and witty hero who all the young maidns fell for", revealing a gap toothed smile while his grandkids look on unbelivingly.

Wei Xiao Bao would still be chasing after women. Since he had so many wives, he'll probably be surrounded by the most grandchildren.

Yang Guo....hard to imagine. He'll probably be a mix of HYS and H7G; mischievous and heretical.

ZWJ would be a serene and old man. He'll probably be the most "normal" out of all of them.

Xuzhu continued to encounter unsurpassable luck throughout his life. He eventually accumulated too much internal energy and his body couldn't keep on the ground any more. It flew up towards space for 7 days 7 nights until he finally died due to a combination of freezing, dehydration, and body explosion.

Hu Fei will have attracted a rare disease causing the brain to hallucinate. He began to eat non living things and eventually died of ink overdose.

Due to old age, YG and XLN misplaced each other once again, and each spends his/her remaining days looking for one another. At the distance, one can hear the constant forlorn cries of *Guo'er Guo’er* ~ ~ *Gu Gu*

I would imagine Guo Jing as a serious old man like Qiu Chuji, perhaps more wiser and silent, but not as easy going as Ma Yu. He is often surrounded by grandchildren and grand disciple and teaches them martial arts, uprightness and patriotism in seriuos manner. Huang Rong often makes fan of him with her naughty young grandchildren.
She is easy going, wise and fair old madam.

WXB has many grandchildren legitimate and otherwise - even a couple of 1/2 Russian kids. The Wei clan grows ever larger reaching the depths of Europe and eventually the Americas. Even at the age of 80, he happily presides over his dozens of banks, gambling dens, and brothels.

Ah Ke's daughters and granddaughters looks just like Chen Yuan Yuan sparking all kinds of boy troubles. Princess Ning still picks fights with the rest of the wives daily. WXB has softspot for girls in the family so all females are sent to school (proper education) while he thinks up schemes to test/scare away boyfriends they bring home.
