Hey there everyone!!! Goddess is finally able to pop in here. Hehe, at school at the moment, so gonna try to make this quick. Anywyas how is everyone? Hopefully good. So what are we all talking about? I'm just going to say nonsense since gotta catch up on the replies

I'm actually rather excited to see Joe paired with Jessica now since been seeing him a lot with other actresses and he has a lot of chemistry with them, not to mention he wasnt' quite bad with Jessica in Man's Best Friend.

Need some series advice. Have you guys seen Secret of the Heart? What do you think? Saw Jessica is in there, but only as a minor right? Is it good? Should I rent it? hehe, thankie for the comments

I think Secret Of the Heart was a great series, Jessica was a bit annoying, and this series isnt a great one if your looking for a great performance by Jessica. Instead Ada Choi was great in that series. You should watch DIF 4 or Golden Faith to see the best of her.

Secret of the Heart was a really good series... the cast was awesome.. Jessica's not a minor... just more of a supporting character i guess...

No Jessica is pure Chinese. She can speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English. The reason why she can speak fluent English is she use to study in England. Hope that helps.

As for Secret of the heart, my opinion is don't see it, especially if you're looking for Jessica's parts, cas there's not much. Only see it if you like Ada, Sunny and Gallen, but then again I found the storyline pretty boring and it dragged on for ever. It took forever for Jessica to appear (chinese 22 tapes, approx 65 episodes) which was on tape No.6, her character didn't really have much of a purpose (if they omit her character it wouldn't have made much of a difference to the storyline) she falls in love with the most wimpest (sunny) character who doesn't even love her but only goes out with her because the love of his life (Ada) suggest it and the part I hate the most is when she dies, nobody even cared they don't even know she's missing. I demand a refund for this series, It is the only series of Jessica that I do not like. I was really dissapointed with this series cas I liked most of the leading cast especially Jessica, Gallen, Ada and Nick Cheung.

On a lighter note, I've seen the first three eps. of Fan Lei Fa and it's pretty good. I have no idea what they're saying but Jess is quite pretty, the scenery is very nice and I like her doing magic. As for Joe Ma, I don't like it when he's in his guard/war costume, especially the head piece, it's not too attractive, he looks better without it. And if you are asking me about his acting, I can't really tell you cas I'm too busy watching Jessica!

Hester is a variation of Esther.

her mom's name is Esther so she gave her daughter the middle name of Hester. like junny said, Hester is a variation of Esther. & she studied in England for 8-10 yrs (??) so she speaks English very well. love her British accent.

Secret of the Heart doesn't sound 2 good 4 a Jessica fan. funny, i don't remember Joe Ma in MBF. i gotta find out the viet title of Chinese Ghost story so i can rent it. they probably won't dub Fan Lei Fa in viet for months 2 come!!! i just saw the promo clip. it looks really good, i'm excited!

Joe Ma was Jessica boss in MBF. He was a vet and she worked there as his assistant/receptionist. He was the guy she tried to set up with Sammi when she found out that Sammi and Louis were going out. But instead he liked her. I thought they were good together in that series (of course not as good as with Louis), they were quite funny, always teasing each other. In Fan Lei Fa, Joe is alright, but his character is a bit slow and righteous. Also he doesn't look that good in ancient costume, he looks much better in Modern. He looked the best in Vigilate Force.

Ask Goddess for the Viet title for A Chinese Ghost Story, she'd probably know cas she's seen it and would know the title.

Roger Kwok and Jessica Hsuan were invited as guests to a promotion at a certain photographic equipment brand's showroom with the bosses hoping that they will bring a spirit of 'Wong' (fortune) into the store.

Jessica and Gallen Lo are good friends and recent reports suggest that Gallen's forthcoming series "Star Chef" has seen Jessica being recommended as the female lead role. Yesterday, when Jessica was asked to confirm this, she says she has never even heard about this rumour and in fact, she will be with Roger filming in Wuxi in March for new Taiwanese series "Number One in the World". Other co-stars will include Damian Lau and Li Yapeng and filming will last until at least July, so the schedules would clash.

As Jessica's contract with TVB will be expiring in April, she currently still owes TVB one series. As she will soon be filming in the mainland, the contract has been extended to September when she will return to TVB to complete her contractual shows. As for the renewal of her contract, she says she is not worried, because she has been with TVB for over ten years now.

Also, Roger has been filming on the mainland for a few months now and was unable to return to Hong Kong for Christmas and the New Year. Louis just renewed his contract a couple of weeks ago & of course TVB is gonna renew Jessica's. so really they owe much more series than just 1. Louis is hoping he'll get the time 2 film a series soon... i hope it's w/ Jessica 2. maybe i shud start learning sum black magic hehe

the TVB budget cut shudn't affect neither Louis nor Jessica cuz they make extra $ outside TVB. i'm very glad of that cuz they won't complain about TVB & won't have a reason 2 leave.

I haven't quite mastered it yet but I'm getting a lot of tips from Fan Lei Fa! I've seen the first 2 tape like 4 times already and I'm trying to pick up some techniques from her, except she's doing white magic and I'm doing black magic. The day when Jessica and Louis do a series together is the day I master my magic! as this is what will bring them together.

Babygurl how are you going with your purple magic? If you don't understand a certain spell, you can always ask me but if I don't know I'm sure Jessica can help, she's seems to be doing it well in Lady Fan. Which by the way is really good. When you guys watch it you will fell sorry for her because Joe's family don't treat her very well. I sometimes want to use my black magic on them to get revenge for Jessica cas she's too nice to do anything!

oh yeah, my hair definately looks like Jessica's. same cut, about the same length, same tint. funny thing is, it was short when her's was short 2!! & i'm not even trying 2 copy her, it's just been like that. it's really weird. the only thing i copy from her is the way she parts her hair.

I'm up to episode 10 at the moment. I have to wait until tomorrow to get episode 11, 12, and 13. I can't wait because I've heard that episode 11 is when Joe will start to have feelings for Jessica. This is also the episode that they (accidently?) kiss. I'll tell you more when I see it!

After watching Golden Faith, I just loved her hair and I happen to be due for a hair cut, so when the hairdresser asked me what I wanted done I just described Jess's hair. I've got the same cut but my hair is shorter then hers. It's taking me ages to grow.

Babygurl, even if you turn into a retard or go evil, just think that it's all for a good cause. Anyway you have nothing to worry about I can always cure you with my black magic! (unless it happens to me first).
