ur right belki, i do need to save some money. my family's also planning a trip to Vietnam together next year & it's gonna be loads of moolah. Germany, Spain, VN, & college coming up. it's so hectic i get a headache think about it.

yeah i only posted in Bravenet probably 4 times & they sent me an email. they haven't said n/e thing about what they want us to do yet. hope Jessica will like it.

this is kinda off subject but goddess, have u watched To Love w/ No Regret (nguoi trong tuoi non) yet?? it has Annie Man in it. i'm excited to watch it cuz i has Bosco & he just has the cutest smile ever. & plus there's Amy Kwok. i heard Annie's a biatch though cuz she's so desparate to get married. but i'm not sure.

    Hey there everyone!!!

That is indeed a very long list belki!!! You have been around everywhere!!! Now I wish I will be able to do that too someday

I haven't been anywhere much. Only another state in the US, to Canada, and then to Vietnam. Then again on the way to Vietnam, did take some rest stops at several other countries, hehe.

Same here, I recieved that message at tvseriesfans though, hehe. Have replied back and its an intersting idea!!!

Anyways it is a coincidence babygurl!!! But the name Benny is very cute and it doesnt' seem like a lot of people have that name either. I don't know any Benny's, Ben's, Benjimen's, or etc in my school.... or anywhere at all.

I actually have not seen To Love with No Regrets yet. Its supposed to finish releasing this week and I'm still hesitating whether to rent or not. Yeah, really want to see Annie again, but the storyline makes me hesitant. Yup, Annie is playing the "evil" role. Well not evil, lets say jealous. I want to watch this serie also for Amy and Sherming. I'm not too for Bosco, but he is okay. Dont' like the sound of his role though. So you are going to watch it? When you do get started, tell me what you think. I might rent it then

Well now that I know more about you guys, I might re-introduce myself. My real name is Samnang but I'm known as Sam. I live in Melbourne, Australia. I'm Cambodian but I was born in Thailand, my parents came to Australia when I was one. I can speak English, Khmer, Thai and have been learning Cantonese for a year and a half now. I like to watch TVB series, especially Jessica's series. I also like watching thai entertainment, especially Thai series. My birthday is on 1st September. It's nice to meet you guys.

Australia is such a beautiful place. i want to visit it too. especially after seeing the scenes from Golden Faith.

Jessica's been on a break for quite some time now. hope she'll feel 110% better when she comes back. can't wait for her next series. i've been resisting the urge to watch series & save it til summer. now that summer's in 2 weeks, i'll have Chinese Ghost Story, Fan Lei Fa, Riches & Stitches, & To Love w/ No Regret to watch. OK i kinda lied. i've been watching The Vigilante in the Mask on the side for a couple of days now

    Hey there guys

Lol, I think I'm probably going to be mostly using your usernames since will get all your names mixed up!!!

Anyways, procrasinating Babygurl? Lol, at first I thought I saw 11 pages and I was like Just finished my homework and popped online. Gosh, only 5 days of school left for me and they are still assigning projects!!! Crazy teachers Hey, don't forget to do you essay though!!!

Hehe, you'll be stocked with series to watch during the sumemr!!! That is what I'm doing. Planning to rent a lot of dramas, espically the long ones during summer. Since I hate having to stop watching to go to school or something like that, hehe.

So what do you think of Vigilante in the Mask? Thought it was okay. Liked the castings, but character wise not that much. Storyline could have been better in ways. Lol, better give you some good points so you won't start having second thoughts of continuing

just finished making note cards for the essay. yes my english teacher made us make 12 notecards on it. she's also making us do an outline & rough draft (w/ editing). as if the 11 paragraph part wasn't enough work

i have a lot of projects due too. just did 4 & now i have 2 more. the only project i didn't get was for ceramics & chemistry. 1 more skool week, day off on Monday for Memorial Day & then exam week (yay! super fun don't u think?!!)

Vigilante is OK so far. not the most original plot but it's not the worse series ever either. i actually think Tavia looks very pretty in this series. i didn't like her looks b4 (especially in GF). she shud do more ancient series, it'll do good for her image & promotions.

Yeah I think we should stick with our usernames or else we'll get confused.

Hey! I hope you guys can come to Australia one day. Though I live in Melbourne, but Golden Faith was filmed in Perth. They kinda filmed it in outback Australia. So if you come to either Melbourne or Sydney, its more city like. But if you go to Queensland, its more tropical, it's like a big resort there. But do come visit (me) one day.

Hey good luck with your exams and essays. Lucky you guys live in the US, cas its summer vacation, but down here in Australia it's winter, and being in Melbourne, our weather is the coldest out of all our states. I'm freezing right now but I can't keep away from my computer. The only good thing about winter is it's skiing time again! I love going to the snow and if you've never skied before, try it, it is so much fun, though be warned that you will come home with lots of bruises.

Hey Babygurl and goddess, have fun doing your projects and homeworks though it's not as enjoyable as watching series and discussing about it.

Sutisa, I have an intention of going to NZ and later Australia, still not confirm yet, but I'll be going to Singapore first. When's the best time to go to Australia? Some friends said autumn but other friends said spring, what do you think Sutisa? I remember the last time I skied I came home with not just bruises but a broken leg. Since then, I've never skied again, not coz I don't want to but coz there's no snow in Indonesia or anywhere near.

got done with my essay last nite at about 1am. didn't eat dinner at all. my friends & i were complaining about our fat Eng teacher b4 homeroom & looks like 1am wasn't the latest time. my friend (Jessica btw) stayed up til 4:30am!! i wasn't complaining how i didn't get to eat & the teacher in the room gave me breakfast. she was so nice, i wish all teachers cud be like her.

in case ur wondering how fat my Eng teacher is, take a look at Jabba the Hut from Star Wars. looks exactly like her. i'm not even kidding!!

I remember I went skiing years ago, by the time I'm done, I could barely walk. I have bruises all over my body and I was so sore the next day. But it was fun though. I wish I have time again to go skiing.

    Hi all!

Thought I'd pop by to say how I'm drowning in too much work to reply to messages, and I guess this thread is the best place.

Mucho impressed with the introductions everyone has given, so here's a little bit about myself too. My real name is Marissa and I'm a Singaporean Chinese, 29 years old, I'm fluent in English, Mandarin, a little Japanese, Cantonese, Teochew and Hokkien.

I'm currently working as a freelance editor/copywriter/scriptwriter. At this point, I guess the most interesting thing about my work for the people in this forum is I'm writing for Flora Chan's English drama series "Like My Own". It's the project that I'm drowning in right now because shooting starts this Friday and I have get amendments for 5 scripts done by then.

I heard ya loud and clear over at the LWVB thread, Goddess, and I'm glad you have decided to rent that series. Catch everyone later when I get a break!

i'm debating whether or not i shud rent Invisible Journey. it looks like a cute movie. Michael Tong's pretty hot. i just don't like Bowie Lam all that much. i have a feeling Jessica ends up w/ Bowie & not Michael. can some1 give a detailed summary?

But briefly...Jess is a simple, happy, blind girl who lives in a village and befriends with Bowie (a substitute teacher) from Hong Kong. Bowie already has a girlfriend (Joyce) and because he tends to care a lot of Jessica even though just as friends, Joyce gets jealous and eventually they break up (they actually don't share the same thoughts about 'life'). Beacause of the wonder of surgery, Jessica is able to see and finally develops a romantic relationship with Bowie, Joyce realises her mistake and befriends with the couple but towards the end Jessica's sight threatens to fade away and she has to undergo another surgery that can only result in 2 choices -- to be able to see or become blind again for the rest of her life (without the surgery she still has half a year opportunity to see). Bowie stays beside her no matter what happens.
It's an average serie, boring in many parts, I watched this only coz of Jessica and I FF a lot.

    Hi All!

How are you all doing? Well, I was supposed to be at the press conference today, but unfortunately, I couldn't make it coz I'm not feeling too well. Don't worry! Same old stomach problem. No big deal. I will get better, but it'll take some time.

I read the Appledaily today. I quite like the pictures, but I was quite angry when I read what they wrote. I never said any of those things which they wrote! I can't believe they can just make up every single sentence of a conversation. HK media is really getting out of control. There isn't much I can do about it and I just want my fans to know the truth. Anyway, hope all of you like the pictures, too!

There will be some functions coming up coz the new series will be showing soon. So, I guess I'll get to see you all very soon! Take care!

    luv,
    Jessica

in response to this false appledaily article about her
Jessica was recently photographed for a men's magazine cover story; this could be seen as the first time she has challenged her limits to being sexy since she has entered showbiz. Jessica smiling said that apart from breaking through her image of being boyish (outgoing, savvy?), since she has finished "developing" physically, she finally had the courage to adorn such sexy clothes and poses for people to see. Additionally, she is confident that men will be tempted after viewing these photos!

Since Jessica has entered showbiz thirteen years ago, her image has always been one of self-confidence, and less of the gentle femininity. Not long ago, she was photographed for <>, a men's magazine, and for the first time, she challenged her limits of being sexy. In the interview, she commented that its not the clothes who wear the person, but its the person who wears the clothes.

Jessica also said that sometimes when she sees sexy models, regardless if they are baring their chests or backs, they look natural, cool and artistic; they don't look trashy at all. Hence, she has always wanted to breakthrough my typical image and be sexy for once. Furthermore, Jessica also teasingly said that she has finished "developing" physically and she's confident to wear the sexy clothes as well as pose temptingly. She is also happy with the photographs (And the photographing) on the whole. Lastly, she said that she has a few male friends who are sure to be tempted after seeing the photos!
