Aww, it wouldn't surprise me if Jessica had lost weight. Filming in China must not be the most pleasant thing in the word, away from family and friends. It's getting cold too. I hope she'll be able to get lots of rest in Hong Kong before she has to go back to her grueling schedule again.

I just finished watching War and Beauty. I gotta admit that everyone did a pretty good job. Although I didn't think Gigi should have won the Best Actress Award last year. Meh...

i think it means that she's been working too hard & losing weight, not dieting for a new series or something. unless it's a dramatic change, i don't think it's such a big deal. i lose weight all the time when i travel. then i just gain it back up again w/ all the ice cream & fast food!

To this day, I'm still debating on whether to rent 'at the threshold of an era' cas I like Gallen, Flora, Kenix, Louis, Roger, Ada, and Sunny, the main stars but because Jessica isn't in it, I'm still tossing up whether to watch it or not. If Jessica was in it, I wouldn't have given it a second thought.

if u haven't seen ATE yet u should definately rent it. it's a pity that Jessica wasn't in it or it would've been my favorite series of ALL TIME. i mean, how many series have that many stars in it? ATE II is especially good b/c Louis is such an evil bastard. i love it. plus his hairdo makes him so much hotter. it's my favorite harido on him. i wonder if i can find a pic....

I vote that we start practicing these new dance moves, if we are good enough we might be about to form a new dance incorporating her dance moves from ASITP and LMS! Imagine the look of surprise(shock) on Jessica face when we show her.

it'll be a one of a kind gift. i bet other stars don't have fans from all over the world dancing for her. who will choreograph?

She is one of the few actresses that I think looks better and better with each series that comes out.

Wow. Jessica looked so pretty at the TVB function the other day. More newspaper clips are posted on the bravenet forum. You should definitely check those out. Looks like Jessica is pretty dead centre along side Lisa Wang. Woot woot! I bet if Jessica made it to the ceremony before, she would have been pretty close to the Boss too. Which means she's COOL!! HAHA!! =)

What she wore was pretty simple, yet elegant, and made her so prettty still. Although, haven't we seen her with that similar hair do before in previous TVB Anniversary Award shows? She looks whiter than in the summer. I think she had developed a slight tan then, but now it's all gone.

But how I love her. Sigh.

The translation of the one of the news article states that the artists are placed in order of importance to TVB. Which means, Jessica is still deemed to be a very important actress! YEAH! She's been placed near the centre almost every year. I'm SO proud of her!

Between Kenix, Gigi, and Liza, I don't think Gigi will win this year's Best Actress Award, since she's won it already last year. Kenix did a pretty good job with Revolving Doors of Vengence. Liza's just one of those phenonmenal actresses along side with Sheren and some other more experienced actresses.

As you know, I am a super big fan of Jessica and would do almost anything for her, but I'd have to say that maybe Jessica SHOULD try out other roles that are different from her usual career woman type characters. This way, people would stop criticizing her about doing the same role all the time (which I think is just a weak excuse for disliking an actress), and it would really neat to see her in a different role. It WOULD make her more versatile as an actress. It doesn't mean she has to play a weak character... she could try being evil, cunning, flirty, etc.

To be honest, for me, it is kinda boring to see Jessica wear suits all the time. She should do something to spice things up a little. Maybe a character where she has to wear a evening gown (like in DIF IV), or hold a gun, something cool yet still different from business or lawyer/judge.

Just my 50 cents. ;p

Last night over a hundred actors and actresses attended TVB's 2006 Sales Presentation function. The standing positions of the celebrities are planned according to ones status in TVB and of course that if one of the most focused area.

This year, Liza Wang and Adam Cheng are standing right in the middle and by their sides are Jessica Hsuan, Melissa Ng, Bowie Lam, and Joe Ma. The two hot choices for Best Leading Actress, Gigi Lai and Kenix Kwok, are standing beside Joe and Bowie. Sonjia Kwok, who had suffered a love lost, was only able to stand in the seventh position. Upcoming big stars like Ron Ng, Bernice Liu, Tavia Yeung, Kevin Cheng, and Linda Chung were also near the front. Even though Joey Leung was caught cheating earlier and couldn't stand in the middle, he still got his position in the front row near the front. Obviously that event hasn't ruined his TVB status.

Last night TVB announced their upcoming 2006 series and one of the most attractive ones is 《雙城記》 (Seung Sing Gei) with 150 episodes including stars like Adam Cheng, Kenix Kwok, Michael Tao, and others. But Adam expresses that he haven't talked with the staffs yet and only planned it. As next year Adam is very busy, filming a stage play from January to February, and other stage plays in July and August.

Last night Jessica and Melissa was placed beside Liza and Adam's side, revealing their positions. Regarding this, Jessica said, "I'll stand wherever the company tells me to. I'm fine even if I'm in the last row!" Jessica, who has gotten the best female lead award seven years ago, expressed that she is busy in mainland filming a series so she doesn't know about the Liza, Gigi, Kenix 'fight' for the award.

Melissa Ng has been placed beside Adam Cheng and there were reports saying she is about to take over Liza's place. But she expressed that she only listened to what the company had said, but is very happy. Melissa said, "I'm really happy to stand beside Adam. He really took care of me that night. (What do you think your position is in TVB?) I think I've improved and I'm really happy."

ANd i agree with everything you said... we all know it somewhere in our hearts... but we all love Jessica just as much!
