A wildcard in this case would be the entry with the highest number of votes of all the entries that didn't make it through to the finals (i.e., didn't garner the top two highest number of votes in its respective category).

Awww so close. lol I knew I should have voted for myself. But seriously, it was really fun making them clips.

Though I'd rather lose the acapella one and make it through for bgm, I'm kinda against any wildcard play.

For one, it wasn't mentioned before the competition started. And secondly it feels like we're moving a little further from the original goal of this being a fun thing.

am reposting my comments here....

1. Good voice, shaky at first but improved tremendously after the first 5 sec.....in fact, i think the way he controlled his voice is great!

2. *jaw agape* you sure you didnt upload song from original singer, huh 0-0-0? this guy could pass for a pro singer if you ask me! if he keeps this up for the next rounds, i think he can come out a winner! im adding this one to my music folder!

3. eh, this one sounds so lazy.....his voice gets better towards the end, but could improve if he adds more power to the voice....

4. Voice too low....but it sounds soooooo cute!

5. Gotta change the way you record. Sounds so noisy and i cant hear the voice quite clearly.....but from the low quality (would sound better if it's in better quality) i think the voice is quite okay.....in fact, at the middle it sounded good....could do better with voice control though.....the singer sounds like he's releasing huge stress....

6. Voice too soft.....quite shaky at high note but overall is fine...

I really wanna know who singer#2 is....he's so good....

I agree with Ghosty. My choices would've been #2 and #1 behind #2.

Yeah, I know I can't match up to Cheung Tak Lan. My reason for choosing this song at that time was just because I wanted to sing a cantonese wuxia song.
The choice is limited for me in this criteria because there are not many female solo cantonese wuxia songs. They are mostly female-male duet, or male solo.

The only HDSD86 song I know is the Tony Leung/Anita Nui duet.

Also, there is the problem of getting the background music for it. A not so well-known or popular song might not have bg music available on the net for me to use.

The particular HSDS86 song with Tony Leung/Anita Mui that I like best is not the themesong or the one played at the end. But the one played during the time Simon Yam and Dodo Cheng were at the Fire Ice Island and I think it was played again when Tony was in that cave for five years. That song, I would've liked to hear someone (s) to sing it.
