nothing to do with your english 'lah'! haha....it's just that i remember you mentioned something about jay chou doing a tour in taiwan, and that you hoped he'd make a detour to your area. HK is near taiwan so thats why i thought you might be in hk...

Yeah, we had to memorize the state capitals, and where they are on a map in 7th grade, but we never learned where Singapore is.

Out of 30 fellow 9th graders, only 3(including me) knew the vicinity in which Singapore existed.

I feel that the movie is a let down, I felt it was very boring for a big budget movie (special effects aside) and a little confusing, the duration is way too long, feels draggy and Jack Sparrow didn't come across as Witty as before. I don't know, I personally also feel that Chow Yun Fatts' role was too small. kind of expecting him in a meaty role but....it didn't turn out that way., disappointing in that area too.

    Btw, I didn't see Part 2 previously.

That probably is one of the highlight of the movie.

I don't think I am providing any spoiler but just in case I do.....to those who intend to watch the movie and do NOT want to know anything about it yet, please skip this posting of mine.

I have just watched the 3rd installment and I feel the same way for Chow Yun Fat's role. Is it only me who feel a little disappointed with his performance as well? Chow Yun Fat is a good actor yet his performance here somehow isn't what I'd have expected.

Enjoyed most of part 3, part 2 did not worth the ticket price but part 3 is much better. However I am upset with the ending and feel that the side plot on Davy Jones has yet to be fully told. Other than that, it's quite enjoyable on the whole. The ending....if only they can make the ending better.

To those that saw three already. Is it the best out of the three?
