What's happening here? It looks like very soon the only difference between this thread and the Unabridged thread is the "Thank you" posts of the readers.

IcyFox, you are funny. It's nothing personal. If you remember previous posts, someone said I made more grammatical errors than in the past, and then I invited him/her to point those mistakes. As JamesG said, I opened a can of worms ... the thread was flooded ... It turned out that those 'errors' are simply minor (such as the usage of 'the' over 'a'; or difference in structure like your suggestion). I am not saying that I do not appreciate all those suggestions, I am simply saying that we have already had a special thread for that. (JamesG has given me his blessing, by the way )

As for 'mistakes', I remember I translate '108,000' as '18,000'; or 'Huang Shang' as 'Huang Chang', 'Shijie' as 'Shizi'. These are also minor and would not disturb the flow of the story, but they are closer to 'translation errors' than 'grammatical' (or structural, or style, or prose, whatever you like to call it).
