Anybody watched the China series of Bi Xue Jian??

After watching the butchered version of ROCH from ZJZ, I didn't wanted to watch another ZJZ's version of Jin Yong novels.

A couple of days ago, I downlo...i mean I borrowed, the series to watch.

I am now at episode 6.

At the very first episode, it showed Yuan Cheng Zhi's dad is sentenced to excution and his family all got murdered and then the next scene he is 21 years old, learning the last stance of Hua Shan martial arts....

All this happened in one minute!!!!!!! What da hell happened to An Da Niang bringing him to Hua Shan?? What ever happened to him being a kid and learning Huang Shan martial arts?? WHatever happened to Yuang Cheng Zhi playing chess and learning martial arts from that taoist???

First thing that came to my mind was "Oh F*ck...another badly edited series!!!!!!"

What in the world is wrong with ZJZ????????

In the novel, Yuan Cheng Zhi found the manual of the Golden Snake sword and spent a few months learning the martial arts inside. In this series, he found the manual and only looked at it and BOOM....thats it!!! Why why why??

Although, the series is not as badly edited as ROCH. It's overall not a bad series, so far...

Anybody seen this series?? Is the rest of the series pretty good? Or is it butchered like ROCH later on???

i've seen it, its ALL director's dream, what they want in the series is what happens. If they feel things need to be edited, then it happens. Some directors like to play to their own likings rather than book accuracy

I have seen it in Chinese. But I am not familier with Chinese. So I didn't understand storyline. Though it seems good series. Everything was so similar to ROCH actors scenes and actions.
