Are you doing some kind of research for your class?
How many pounds have you lost since you adapted to this lifestyle? - I haven't lost a huge amount of weight in result of this routine, but I've been able to keep my weight the same for 4 years.
Have you managed to maintain the weight you want and pants/dress size you want? - It's the weight that I'm comfortable with. I'm not super skinny, but my doctor tells me that I'm healthy. My weight is appropriate for my age and height. That's good enough for me.
What motivates you and keeps you determined? - I started this routine when I started working. I realize that getting older means taking care of myself.
My mommy is not always going to be with me to tell me to eat your veges or go play outside instead of sitting on the couch and watching tv.
Are you satisfied with how much you weigh and the shape you're in right now? - Yes, it's healthy and appropriate for the height and age.
How many of you wake up early as around 7-9am? and how many of you go to sleep late and wake up late? - I work a night shift so I sleep in until noon. I don't eat breakfast.
Even if I don't work I never wake up before 10am and by then I'm saving my tummy for a big lunch.
I love lunch.
