I'm glad I stopped after her revelation 'cause I think the show went downhill after that (well for me anyways.)
Anyhow, I love guy/guy relationships. Indeed there's nothing wrong with guys liking guy/guy relationship too eh? But really I find the psychological play in this interesting. The main guy (forget his name) falls in love with someone he perceives as a guy, a beautiful guy. This is the universal attraction to beauty and charm. It is not farfetched from real life. I really wish that they should have gone a bit further like giving me at least an ep after his confession and before her confession. I want to see more of their cute scenes dating as a guy/guy couple. It would be so sweet. Seeing him so smitten and accepting of his own feelings is just so cute. Wants to hear "his" voice, holds "his" hand shyly, tells "him" first about the private thing in his life.....
just finish watching my dvd. love this show!!
would like to ask about the episode where they were having a dinner party and gong yoo seem to be saying something to his cousin who replied. does anyone know what they were saying cos my dubbed version doesnt have any sound at this part. i only see their mouths moving...
I was going to buy the DVD but ran out of cash and the shop assistant was new so did'nt know how to swipe the credit card . Looks like she saved me some money. How could she fool anyone playing a guy? I thought she's quite big below the waist. In Goong, when she wore the red dress, ooh.. she was biiiiig. Anyway, I saw her in vineyard man and did'nt like the show. A guy...
Grifis was right, I watched until there and got bored. Totally losed my interest for some reason. I guess the storyline just kind of dragged and got boring. "You're mad at me! Well I'm mad at you!" kind stuff.
OMG, every single time my best friend and I talk, she would ask me if i've seen this series or not. seems like she really enjoyed it. i'm still debating whether i should watch it , since i have a long list of what to watch.

i think this show really is a must watch!! i havent re-watch a drama series for a long time! but this...already re-watch 3 times...the leads really have good chemistry with one another such that the romance looks real!!
do watch this show & i belive its available on youtube as well...or check out http://www.koreandrama.org/?p=431
You mean sit in front of the computer and watch the small screen for hours! No no. My eyes water even thinking of it. My monitor is only 17 inchs and my TV is 34", I don't mind spending money on enjoyable shows. May be I could use the online source for vetting. Do you have the link?
If a guy made a pass at me thinking I am a guy.... aiyaaah he's not going to get far with me.
Anyone know if there is a viet dubbed version of this series? How about for the Vineyard Man?
Very cute couple, indeed .
- currently watching: Fashion King, Rooftop Prince, Love Rain, and Equator Man-
- recent favorite drama: The Princess's Man-
My cousin told me that I would love this series because I recommended Goong to her and she loved it. 'Unique with homosexuality, even premarital sex', she said.
Unique?? Yun in Goong was an ordinary girl from a poor familiy, studied design and had parents and brother ( a pain) who depended on her to solve their financial woes.
Yun in Vineyard man was an ordinary girl from a poor family, studied design and had parents and brother ( pathetic one) who depended on her to solve their financial woes.
Yun in Coffee pr was an ordinary girl from a poor family, would have studied design and had parents and brother (sorry obnoxious sister) who depended on her to solve their financial woes.
Oh really? not even homosexuality or premarital sex could keep me watching this, but I promised my cousin to watch it. My thumb hurts from pressing the FFW button.
She's 24 in the show and behaved like some 16 year old naive girl, ugh! and the guy Gong you was 30 ( he's really 30?), spent 5 years in the US, hugged her but still could'nt tell she's female.
In the first episode he bought her clothes, puhlease size 42 hips is a bit much for a guy 'his' size. That was the funniest bit in the show.
Well, you can watch the dramas online and decide if you like it, then go out and spend your precious money on the DVDs. Would you rather buy the dvds and find out it's a dud and let the dvd set collect dust? I suggest you watch it online start to finish and if you love it, buy the dvd.
Two sites: Crunchyroll.com, Mysoju.com
i just finished this serial as well, and it was very cute. i think they're replaying it on azntv.
i prefer the cousin though. -_-

- The best relationship is the one where the love of one another matters more than the need to be with each other. -
Since I had spent good money on this , I decided to try it again during the weekend. I managed to get to the episode which had the guy saying ( or so the subtitles showed) ' tell me you're not really a woman.. no no.. tell me', It was hilarious. Then in another scene, he was going on how people had been lying to him... his parents lied about his parentage and Yun lied about her gender and he was oh oh so so devastated poor baby... oops, forgot, he was 30.
His face looked pained for most of the time, gee , I don't blame him, it's hard to keep a straight face saying those lines I'm sure.
Yes, this is definitely for Yun's and Gong Yu's fans.
