Thanks. I thought Grifis was into the guy/guy relationship because he was .... a guy who likes guys. I mean, there is nothing wrong with that, if that was the case.

I'm glad I stopped after her revelation 'cause I think the show went downhill after that (well for me anyways.)

Anyhow, I love guy/guy relationships. Indeed there's nothing wrong with guys liking guy/guy relationship too eh? But really I find the psychological play in this interesting. The main guy (forget his name) falls in love with someone he perceives as a guy, a beautiful guy. This is the universal attraction to beauty and charm. It is not farfetched from real life. I really wish that they should have gone a bit further like giving me at least an ep after his confession and before her confession. I want to see more of their cute scenes dating as a guy/guy couple. It would be so sweet. Seeing him so smitten and accepting of his own feelings is just so cute. Wants to hear "his" voice, holds "his" hand shyly, tells "him" first about the private thing in his life.....

You should watch a thai movie called 'Peurn... Goo Ruk Merng Wah' aka Bangkok Love Story.

    Default Playing a guy?

I was going to buy the DVD but ran out of cash and the shop assistant was new so did'nt know how to swipe the credit card . Looks like she saved me some money. How could she fool anyone playing a guy? I thought she's quite big below the waist. In Goong, when she wore the red dress, ooh.. she was biiiiig. Anyway, I saw her in vineyard man and did'nt like the show. A guy...

Why don't you watch these Korean dramas online, it'll save you the money and trouble of actually buying the dvdset.

Grifis was right, I watched until there and got bored. Totally losed my interest for some reason. I guess the storyline just kind of dragged and got boring. "You're mad at me! Well I'm mad at you!" kind stuff.

You mean sit in front of the computer and watch the small screen for hours! No no. My eyes water even thinking of it. My monitor is only 17 inchs and my TV is 34", I don't mind spending money on enjoyable shows. May be I could use the online source for vetting. Do you have the link?

If a guy made a pass at me thinking I am a guy.... aiyaaah he's not going to get far with me.

    Default Yun EH needs change

My cousin told me that I would love this series because I recommended Goong to her and she loved it. 'Unique with homosexuality, even premarital sex', she said.

Unique?? Yun in Goong was an ordinary girl from a poor familiy, studied design and had parents and brother ( a pain) who depended on her to solve their financial woes.
Yun in Vineyard man was an ordinary girl from a poor family, studied design and had parents and brother ( pathetic one) who depended on her to solve their financial woes.

Yun in Coffee pr was an ordinary girl from a poor family, would have studied design and had parents and brother (sorry obnoxious sister) who depended on her to solve their financial woes.

Oh really? not even homosexuality or premarital sex could keep me watching this, but I promised my cousin to watch it. My thumb hurts from pressing the FFW button.
She's 24 in the show and behaved like some 16 year old naive girl, ugh! and the guy Gong you was 30 ( he's really 30?), spent 5 years in the US, hugged her but still could'nt tell she's female.

In the first episode he bought her clothes, puhlease size 42 hips is a bit much for a guy 'his' size. That was the funniest bit in the show.

Well, the original manga was drawn by a woman and the series was written by a woman, so I assume that's how women see the world...

Well, you can watch the dramas online and decide if you like it, then go out and spend your precious money on the DVDs. Would you rather buy the dvds and find out it's a dud and let the dvd set collect dust? I suggest you watch it online start to finish and if you love it, buy the dvd.

Women know that men don't have big rear ends. Maybe they didn't expect Yun to act in it or the producer thought viewers like me wouldn't notice it

It may be a woman's view of men, to think that a 30 year old is naive enough not to notice the difference.

    Default Again

Since I had spent good money on this , I decided to try it again during the weekend. I managed to get to the episode which had the guy saying ( or so the subtitles showed) ' tell me you're not really a woman.. no no.. tell me', It was hilarious. Then in another scene, he was going on how people had been lying to him... his parents lied about his parentage and Yun lied about her gender and he was oh oh so so devastated poor baby... oops, forgot, he was 30.

His face looked pained for most of the time, gee , I don't blame him, it's hard to keep a straight face saying those lines I'm sure.

Yes, this is definitely for Yun's and Gong Yu's fans.
