I don't remember the novel ever states that 'Tai Xun Jing' (the 'Xia Ke Xing' martial art) increases internal energy by 10 times. Shi Po Tian's internal energy was already very high before he reached Xia Ke Island and it was boosted further by drinking the 'la ba' porridge.

The Jade Maiden manual was inscribed on rock, which should make it the strongest complete manual of them all, shared with part of the 9 yin. You can't burn rock, and rock presumably has a higher melting point than the Yitian and Tulong. Thinking about it, although one can argue that the sword and sabre can hack chunks off the rock, they aren't the actual manuals, merely the receptacles. In a direct clash between the Jade Maiden manual and anything else, the rock wall will stand firm while the book falls to pieces. I rest my case.

Better yet, let's say the Golden Snake Sword formula was written on a piece of fabric. We all know that fabric can envelope a piece of stone. By rock-paper-siscors standards, Golden Snake Sword formula is stronger than Jade Maiden!
