It doesn't matter since it isn't even completely written by Gu Long. Starting from about 1/2 of the book where the story starts to become garbage, just finish it however you want. I doubt your version would be much worse than what was published in this novel of "Gu Long".

    1. She is the daughter of Xia Xiaofeng. Her mother was Tianmei and one of the many lovers of Xie Xiaofeng. Xie Xiaoyu is quite afraid of her father. In fact, you could even say terrified. Because she came to the Celestial Sword Manor with a motive and she knew that Xie Xiaofeng knew she had an ulterior motive.
She is really her father's daughter, because Xie Xiaofeng was a very good-looking man with feminine features. Xie Xiaoyu was a beauty, a sort of female copy of Xie Xiaofeng. She tried to eliminate Ding Peng, when she realized that she could not make Ding love her. But it was impossible to harm both Xie Xiaofeng and Ding Peng with her abilities.

    2. She did not die, she most likely lived out her life with her husband (Ding) and children.

    3. Ding Peng easily killed Liu Ruosong with a wooden blade and that was it. Yes, there was servant called A Gu. He hardly spoke and I believe he lost an arm in the end. He had great martial arts.

    4. Not to my knowledge
So huge, so hopeless, to conceive
    As these that twice befell
Parting is all we know of heaven
And all we need of hell.

    Emily Dickinson (1830-1886)
